I'd love to write a review but it's been weeks of no answers, a label made and no shipping.

Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear your experience hasn't been great, we are experiencing a serious delay with USPS this season and it's a bit beyond our control. But we're doing our best to get these orders moving at an expedited rate through their system. We have been told that even though the status isn't updating, your order is in the hands of USPS and it is on it's way. I know how frustrating it is to have nothing beyond "label created" and i can assure you that your order did leave our facility and is on it's way. I hope you have a great holiday! -Nick B

So far not happy It’s been shipped on the 4th of December and today is the 13th December and still haven’t received it

Hi Darlene, So sorry for the delay on your order. USPS is experiencing some pretty extreme delays and it's a bit out of our control, but we're doing our best to stay on top of them and get things expedited. I checked your order and it looks like the tracking shows it will be delivered Tuesday the 16th. Order the book, had to keep checking the site for updates on status, there’s no communication about it otherwise. Reached out to the company because it said the label was created but awaiting post office drop off for 7 days. Customer service told me that there has been orders delivered with no update to the tracking number ever. Then they tell me that they will have to re make my order after 14 days from order and 7 days from label creation and told me the package was probably lost, when the tracking number says that the item had a label created but was awaiting customer drop of at USPS. Most likely won’t receive my package before the holidays now. There was nothing else done to assist in anyway. No offer of expedited delivery or anything. Honestly very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and would not order from them again for how expensive this can be, quite a terrible experience.

USPS has been experiencing extreme delays and many of our customers have been effected seeing only "label created" even though the parcel is already moving through their system. Terrible, package stated arriving late May 22nd and it is way past that. No response when contacted about the late delivery and when would the actual average date be. No courtesy to inform me that the shipment I ordered in advance is not delivered yet which I paid for already

This review is poor due to the shipping of the package. Once I receive it, I hope to adjust the review accordingly. I paid for priority shipping with tracking included. It gave me an estimated 5-7 days to arrive. It has now been 20 days and the tracking only tells me it has been in transit since it was shipped out 20 days ago. The next to zero info has caused the low score. If I get this package I will review according to the product.

The book making experience was great, however the shipping was not great and the book arrived damaged and wrinkled. Was very disappointed

I paid extra 19,95$ for the parcel to arrive by September 17th and it actually arrived on October 2nd. Furthermore I had to pay an additional amount of 15.83€ to be able to collect it.

Paid extra for premium delivery so I could be guaranteed it would be with me in time for my bride to open on the wedding day but didn’t arrive in time for our big day and so has missed the impact. Product itself is a bit naf for the money . My advice is don’t bother.

Just a heads up for anyone who wants their book to be a surprise ... Lovebook assures customers “Your book will arrive in a blank, cardboard wrap with no receipt or markings so your book remains a surprise.” Mine came with the name of the company, Lovebook, on the outside label. I am not sure if they meant no markings to include the name of the company but it does not remain a surprise this way. My husband ignores most packages with my name, but all a curious partner needs to do is google the name. Forgivable, but my book also arrived damaged, as if it had been opened and closed many times. The binding is cracked; it looks like a used book. It was intended as an anniversary gift, however, I cannot give this to someone. Even if Lovebook replaced it, I don’t think it will be on time. Update: Lovebook sent me a new copy, undamaged, unlabeled, and expedited the shipping.

I wasn’t happy with the books I received from love book. I ordered 3 books and 1 I got to copy design which was great and then the 2 add on workbooks were very offense towards my relationship. I clearly had two women as the emojis and the relationship and everything they sent me was geared towards a straight relationship. I reached out to look book and they refused to assist or refund. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone that isn’t straight.
