Book came damaged as well as the gift box and bag. Instead of responding to my email asking how I'd like for LoveBook to resolve things, I was just reissued another book without first even asking if that were what I wanted. Now I have another book going to an address I'm no longer even at. Customer service seriously needs work.

I would love to share something about livebookonkine… I can’t! I should have received in time for my wife’s birthday on Feb. 17, I didn’t! I still haven’t received it! It’s therefore impossible to review what you don’t have. Based on what I do have… I probably shouldn’t say anything.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE BOOK AND IT WAS FOR VALENTINES... WITH i could give 0 stars ... and every time I check it's still not delivered!!! Never again!!

I ordered this product as a Valentine’s gift for my wife. I was given a tracking number that was never updated y USPS from “Shipping Label Created”. I contacted customer service and was basically told that this was normal and the tracking info was not updated by the following day, to contact them again. When I contacted them the next day, they said they would print a new one and send it out ASAP. There was no additional follow up with regards to the reprinting and now the original tracking number is showing a delivery estimate of tomorrow which is a week late. For a purchase thats well over $100, I’d expect better customer service.

Creating the book was great and I was really excited to create this for my husband. I just gave the book to my husband and the pages printing and cut lines were off on the top of the backside of each of the pages have a white top border as they did not print to the edge or cut that part off. Was super excited until I was disappointed to see that.

I wish I could review this product. I ordered this Lovebok January 21, 2026 and it it now February 13th 2026 and I still have not received it. This book wasn't cheap and I now believe I was scammed. I was really looking forward to giving this book as a gift for Valentines Day. Live and learn I guess. Very disappointed in this product.

I expected ot to be more firm as i chose the hard cover. The pages dont open all the way and it is very flimsy. Not happy at all with the final product. I wont be ordering it agin or recommending it to anyone. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Never received my book. My book was never delivered and when I reached out for support, I was left hanging. My money was stolen. I at least expected fast communication, a re-do with express shipping, or a refund. Nothing.

I have not received it yet. It was due on 02/02/2026.Every day around 7:00pm UPS changes the date to the next day at 9:00 pm. I see that it was in Orlando 01/31/2026 and that is the last update…Orlando is just 2hrs from me…
