It was very expensive, ended up being $100 Canadian which is not worth it for the value. Also, in almost half the book the ink is gone. I was not happy with this purchase and found it a waste of money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have still not received my products. I received an empty box. I can not get anyone to respond. This is a SCAM.

Terrible customer service. Paid for expedited shipping and book was not delivered on time. Was told there was quality issue with my book hence the delay in shipping. That is comical considering there was still quality issue when book arrived, I wish I could upload picture as an example here. Company didn't seem to care how upset I was about delay, recognizing my boyfriend was leaving to be out of town for a month and I was unable to give him the book in advance. Completely ruined it for me and offered no resolution or compensation for their errors except to refund the shipping cost. Absolutely absurd!

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a paperback book and received my book with the pages falling out. I submitted a support ticket immediately on Thursday, Dec 18 and I still haven’t heard back on Wed, Dec 24. While I was waiting to hear back I express ordered a new, hardback book. I paid $30 for the quickest shipping to ensure my book would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, again I am left disappointed as it did not arrive in time.

Scammers alert!! Ive spent around $200 Nz and still haven't received my book. It's been close to a month now. I've emailed them multiple times with no answer. Bullshit money thieving fucks!

A Christmas gift won't be a Christmas gift anymore. It's been almost three weeks, and it hasn't even been sent. When I tried to contact them all I got was a generic messege, that basically told me to wait and see. But nothing's moving, there are zero updates and I find that concerning, to say the least. It leaves a bad impression, and it makes me want to get a refund (I'm not even sure if I'll would be able to get it). I'm guessing I'll be able to change the review later, but for now, this has been my experience. Very annoying and unpleasant.

Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear your experience hasn't been great, we are experiencing a serious delay with USPS this season and it's a bit beyond our control. But we're doing our best to get these orders moving at an expedited rate through their system. We have been told that even though the status isn't updating, your order is in the hands of USPS and it is on it's way. I know how frustrating it is to have nothing beyond "label created" and i can assure you that your order did leave our facility and is on it's way. I hope you have a great holiday! -Nick B

USPS is experiencing some pretty extreme delays and it's a bit out of our control, but we're doing our best to stay on top of them and get things expedited. Order the book, had to keep checking the site for updates on status, there’s no communication about it otherwise. Reached out to the company because it said the label was created but awaiting post office drop off for 7 days. Customer service told me that there has been orders delivered with no update to the tracking number ever. Then they tell me that they will have to re make my order after 14 days from order and 7 days from label creation and told me the package was probably lost, when the tracking number says that the item had a label created but was awaiting customer drop of at USPS. Most likely won’t receive my package before the holidays now. There was nothing else done to assist in anyway. No offer of expedited delivery or anything. Honestly very disappointed wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and would not order from them again for how expensive this can be, quite a terrible experience.

Terrible, package stated arriving late May 22nd and it is way past that. No response when contacted about the late delivery and when would the actual average date be. No courtesy to inform me that the shipment I ordered in advance is not delivered yet which I paid for already

This review is poor due to the shipping of the package. Once I receive it, I hope to adjust the review accordingly. I paid for priority shipping with tracking included. It gave me an estimated 5-7 days to arrive. It has now been 20 days and the tracking only tells me it has been in transit since it was shipped out 20 days ago. The next to zero info has caused the low score. If I get this package I will review according to the product.
