“My book arrived not attached to the spine. Not once but twice. Very disappointed. I wanted my money back but they would only do half back so now I’m waiting on a soft cover to see if that’s any better but it isn’t what I wanted. I received the soft cover that I was forced to take and I hate it. It looks cheap and flimsy, definitely NOT worth the 60+ I paid. So what now? Am I stuck with this?”

“I am still waiting on my delivery that I ordered in November and it was guaranteed to be here for Christmas, I have emailed about this but heard no reply For the price I paid I would've at least expected a reply with some information”

“Do not buy your book on this site. They are not serious at all ! They don't respect the delivery day Tooooooo late ! Normaly I should receve the book on 8th of december, but, I receve the book the 23. my wife's birthday was the 12, You made me miss my wife's birthday, I am very disappointed and I will never order with you again. “Very disappointed. Website said if I ordered it that it would be here before Xmas and I ordered it 5 weeks before Xmas and still has not arrived. So my 3 children were upset that they didn’t have present for mommy on Xmas day so I will not be using this site again!”

“The book quality was poor, the binding of the book was not done evenly, some pages stuck together. Overall quality looked cheap. The last page was not expressed to be included with the note from love books and was not shown in the preview before order was placed.”

“I ordered the book as a gift for my bf. I initially liked the book as I was ordering it. When it came to the final price I WAS EXTREMELY unhappy about the delivery charge and taxes combined. It was deceiving to me wilge I was ordering the book, and then too late after I realized it to cancel the order. The book is very small and not worth the cost. I won't order from this company again.”

“I custom the book to look like my wife but the color of hair, skin and eyes were all wrong. The book was supposed to say mom but instead said my wife’s name it was a big disappointment.”

“I ordered the book on the 6th of Feb. for my Vday gift to my girlfriend. When checking out it said estimated delivery date would be Feb. 14. I didn’t receive the book until Feb 19 causing me to not have a gift on Vday for her.”

“When I made my purchase I was under the impression I was buying a one year membership along with my first book. Upon realizing this I emailed customer service. But they were unwilling to help and only offered for me to buy the membership separately. Was looking forward to purchasing additional books with the membership. I’ve now lost interest in making additional purchases due to the lack of help and poor customer service. Disappointed.”
