I was really excited to order this book for Valentine’s Day, especially because it was meant to be something special for my family. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I noticed that two pages in the book were identical, which was very disappointing. I understand mistakes can happen, and maybe there was an issue with my upload, but I feel it could have been checked before printing or I could have been contacted with a quick email to confirm. I would have gladly corrected it. I also noticed that the colours of the characters were not what I expected. Because this book is quite expensive compared to other printing companies, I was hoping for more attention to detail and communication before printing. It’s a lovely idea overall, but I wish there had been better quality control and customer contact to prevent these problems.

I've been buying the lovebook for my wife for valentines day for years. this year it appears to have much less content, and the price is higher?

Cute idea and it just didn't work for me I'm sure others will like it but I didn't - In fact I'm not sure I will even give it to my fiancee - Only get one chance to make a good first impression and they failed and to top it off the customer service is a bit shaky too

I still do not have my book. It never arrived and I never got a refund. the only think I can do is pay 16$ for a reprint. I did that and still have not heard anything. I really think that this website is a scam because I just keep giving money and getting nothing.

Since the original address provided was incorrect, and we aren't able to process and re-ship returns, it was necessary to print a new order which requires a shipping and administrative fee. Pages were cut off and was delivered too close to the holiday to try and fix before it needed to be delivered. Disappointed.

Dear Team, I am disappointed with the service so far. I was promised that the book would be delivered by 30/01/2026; however, I have not received it to date, nor have I been informed of an updated delivery timeline. I would appreciate an immediate update on when I should expect to receive the book.

€60 for an AI generate story, glued together stack of A5 paper is quite expensive. But, well received. Definately not doing this again

Since the beginning of our company in 2007, our content has been developed through an established creative process and we provide our customers with the tools to edit each page themselves, if they'd like. We’re always open to discussing how our books are made if there are questions.

My book was send 2 hours from my address even gnough I gave them the correct address and then when I re ordered it they after i ordered it 12 days earlier they would not be able to get it by valentines day. Would recommend bying 3-4 weeks before the necessary date. Not overly impressed.

I had corrections to make being the website is difficult when it comes to designing illustration the day after purchased. The expected date of arrival was 5/15/2023. Well still never received it. So I contacted them and they said they we waiting for me to tell them that they can process it now that my corrections are done. Wish this was told to me at the beginning. For the two stars given, it's for the variety of choices of books to create and the quick response back from contacting customer support.

The product was great and very cost unusable but what was not great at all... your ads. Because I went on tour website I got spammed multiple times a day by your video ads. I mean how bad is your marketing team. 95% of tour audience is buying this to surprise a loved one. Why are you targeting people who have already searched for your product instead of ones who don’t know. On 5 occasions prior to my anniversary my loved one got spoiled by a spontaneous YouTube ad that made her know about it. It went from a creative and thoughtful gift to a “oh you bought the thing from those ads” scenario. I liked the book and so did she but for what I paid I expect better and I wouldn’t mind a full or partial refund

I love the book but was a little disappointed it had my full name , including my last name, on the book on the cover to give to my husband. I think it should be common sense that someone would only want their first name listed on the book. You wouldn't give your husband a card and say it was from your full name, including your last name. If I did something incorrect in the order, I wish someone would have reached out to confirm I really wanted my full name listed on the cover of the book. Otherwise, the book is beautiful and I'm hopeful he likes it.
