“Did not receive before Christmas so very disappointing. In fact have still not received. Was sitting in nearest capital city on Wednesday night but was not delivered on Thursday.”

“The pages themselves were cute - but the corners of my book were smashed and crinkled, the binding wasn’t secured correctly so the pages lift out of the book when you try to flip through them, and overall the binding isn’t lined up correctly. it looks very poorly made and i don’t even know if i want to gift it anymore :(”

“The book was great!! It was just as I ordered and built.I give the book and precessions 5 stars however the usps lost it and I didn’t receive it until 9 days after expected. I received it a week after Valentine’s Day. Would recommend service but not shipping service. Will not order again”

“Same stuff with each book I’ve ever ordered, only so many options with the pictures and comments, you guys need to step it up. Love Book is a great idea in itself, but you really need limitless options, need help ? I could use a side job lol. Seriously though, I would love to help expand on your company as a part time employee.”

“I ordered a Love Book for my wife's birthday, expecting to receive the book about a week before our flight out of town, to which I opted to expedite the shipping. The day of the intended delivery, I didn't receive anything, even so much as an email, so I checked lovebook.com. To my dismay and confusion, the book was still in processing status, having not received any further communication. I submitted a help ticket, and the first time, it was explained to me that "the book didn't pass the quality standards," but no further information was offered beyond that, nor was a promise or ETA given. Fast forward to today, and the book was delivered over a week late from the expected due date, and I had to explain to my wife on her birthday that her gift is waiting for her at home. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, being that the order was not cheap. I was refunded the $13 for expedited shipping, being that the order took longer than even standard delivery, but I don't know if I can trust this service to make me a book in the future in a timely manner. It's a shame, because from what I could tell from the digital copy of the book, which is what I ended up showing my wife as a consolation gift, it turned out pretty nice. Please improve the overall communication and speed of the service. Leaving customers in the dark when they're anticipating and order like this as someone's gift is really irritating/disappointing and unacceptible.”

“I am happy about the book, however my character has a gray shoulder. I thought nothing of it when I proceeded at checkout because I thought it was glitch on my end. Sure enough they printed it like that. The book was $60 and I have a gray shoulder in the whole book. Kind of disappointed!! Other than that it’s a good book.”

“Took forever to receive. Was “lost” in USPS, so they we’re supposed to overnight me another one. Finally received the original/lost book. It was a book for a different couple entirely! When I contacted them, they still had not sent the overnight replacement out. They did not ship it until a Friday night which meant my “overnight shipment” was not received until late the following Monday. Sad, because ultimately when I got my correct book, it is pretty cute, but honestly wouldn’t say it was worth the head ache...”
