Too expensive, not personalized enough.

The book came with the first page loose and not even at least placed in the correct order. The page that was loose was right behind the hardcover as if someone purposely placed it there knowing that they couldn’t glue the page back in. I am disappointed that my entire book isn’t even intact and this is my first time experience.

I bought my wife a coupon book and a good portion of the coupons were ripped from the binding upon opening the package.

just wish it wouldve came when it said it would when i ordered it. it was only a day late but still i had plans that had to change because of it.

Ordered it a month ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I even paid extra to have it arrive on the 24th of April as it had to come before the 29th. So much regret spending the extra amount because what’s the point if it’s still not going to arrive on the promised time. I have half a mind to demand a refund.

I bought a little softcover book. Not glossy, just standard. By the time the full price came through it had added postage and tax which doubled the cost to over $125! Considering it was printed and distributed from two hours away, and took two days to get here, that’s way too steep. I also expected there would be a $15 discount which was promoted but didn’t come through on the price. Love the idea and was happy to gift it but I won’t buy again, sadly.

The book had mixed up some of the pages. I created a Birthday Book. Some of the pages talked about Valentines Day. I am upset about it bc it was a Birthday gift for my boyfriend.

For some reason, one of my pages was repeated. The text on one of the images does not apply to me. If you're going to do this, pore over each image very carefully. I regret my purchasing decision, but that's not the manufacturer's fault.

Not willing to make exceptions for their customers or look at people on a case by case basis. For example I needed 2 books sent to the same place and was forced to pay shipping twice. May 27 today, no books received yet and they were supposed to be for Mothers Day. Books finally arrived May 30th. Shipped TOGETHER IN THE SAME PACKAGE.... So much for not combining shipping ...

I order this book on May 7 and paid extra for express shipping that would provide me with more details of my order. I understand that we are dealing with shipping delays due to COVID-19 but I did not receive any updates at all about the whereabouts of my book. It is arriving later than the expected date and I still haven’t received it. The worst part is that my partner got an ad for LoveBook on his social media and ended up ordering a surprise book for me AFTER I already placed my order. He didn’t select express shipping but he received his order BEFORE ME. He ordered his on May 12 and received it on May 16. The company did not provide any updates or reasons as to why this happened. He even had more pages in his book than mine. I expected more for the price I paid.

Was very happy that shipping time were to have the book before Christmas as this was a much anticipated gift for Christmas. Unfortunately it was delayed. Did the tracking and for some reason it was stuck in SF for 10 days. Placed order quite some time before the holiday and observed all the wait times and it should have been in my possession with days to spare. I think the idea is wonderful, but if I were to order again, I would do it months in advance to avoid this disappointment.

The book itself is great but the delivery process has a few glitches. Only after confirming your order, delivery address and paying you are shown a delivery point on the map which is incorrect. This is where the problems begin as follows: - you email the service team to update the address which they confirm. - the book is shipped with incorrect details and returns to sender. - no one contacts you, so you email a query with your order #. - they send a different order # with a wrong address, ask for a new address and invoice you to deliver again. - you tell them the address they used was wrong and share the service team confirmation for the address change. - they send the address used by the shipper. Stating that delivery failed due to a missing line which is the customers fault. - you again send the service team address confirmation which has no missing info. - they send you another invoice, this time for priority delivery and reprint the book. At no time apologizing for the delay or accepting any fault in delivery. - frustrated and concerned you will now miss your special day for this gift, you pay the invoice and pray. - 3 weeks later the "priority delivery" reaches. - they don't follow up to check in. Luckily I ordered this 2 months ahead of the anniversary. It took 1.5months to get the book. I am very pleased with the product itself, but given the length if this review, I am obviously disappointed with the poor service.

My order got delayed. The estimated delivery date is Dec 3. It was shipped on Dec 3! And I received it on Dec 10. Seems that the printing is delayed. Also, I feel that the estimate did not account for the logistics schedule. If you’d order from an Asian country, best to have 3 weeks allowance. I would also appreciate a heads up upon ordering that there could be additional custom fees to pay. Good thing though that the customer service agent is patient with me and offered a refund for it.

I submitted saying my pages were damaged weeks ago, waited to fill out the reply card giving them plenty of time for a response but nothing. Lots of pages were stuck together. One page even ripped while trying to carefully turning pages. Hope we can get this resolved
