“I paid for expedited shipping and it took over a week to arrive. It was a gift so I paid for the gift box and gift bag, expecting it to be neatly packed and delivered. However, it was wrapped in clear plastic with the bag and box completely folded. Not what I paid for nor expected. On top of that the book was creased up. Very disappointed with my purchase.”

“For the price I paid their was alot of images that did not have any color.only white I found this ridiculous . Like I said for the price I paid of almost 100$ it was a garbage product . It's cool but it's worth me 30 $ . Please people don't buy this product . Thank you”

“Honestly I waited forver for my first book to come... I asked for a refund and never got one they said they would send another book took about another 2 weeks and by then the birthday was well over with. Super disappointed will never order again”

“The printing shade was off. Too dark compared to preview. When I complained with photographic evidence they told me I got what I paid for and that there was no issue. Despite the photos clearly proving otherwise. Very upset they didn’t correct the error.”

“Save yourself the trouble and choose a different company. Despite entering the correct address, WITH apartment number, when ordering, I never received my book. I informing them about the missing apartment number when tracking the order and they insist it wasn't provided. Now, they refuse a refund and want me to pay for shipping AGAIN, on top of the $60 spent on the book and $11 for the initial shipping. This situation is absurd! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!”

“Very bad service! I ordered a book and you put the cover of my book on someone else’s book. When I sent an email to inform you they book was completely wrong, I had no response. I will not be using the service again. Very bad service and poor product.”

“I paid $20 for the fastest shipping so that the book would come in time before my trip and it didn’t come until like 2 days later.... if I would’ve known it wouldn’t have come on time I wouldn’t have paid so much for shipping”

“When I ordered this book, for Valentine's Day, it was because I was told it would be delivered on the 12th of Feb. (2 days prior to Valentine's Day). When it still hadn't arrived by 5:30p on Valentine's Day, I contacted your customer support asking for a resolution, refund, whatever. I still have not received any reply, other than an automated message saying you got my request. I received the book yesterday evening (Feb. 18th) a far cry from being delivered before Valentine's Day. Unless I hear back from you on how this can be resolved, I will ensure that everyone on social media knows and I certainly won't order from you again.”
