Ordered the books in advance of v day. Didn’t arrive until Friday Feb 21. Worst Valentine’s Day ever and was very disappointed. Broke my sons heart. Then you all only refunded the shipping. Won’t be buying again and telling all my friends of this terrible experience.

My order should have been here on 4/18/24 and it is stuck somewhere in Rochester and I still have not received it. It was for a special gift to my son and his wife and the date of long past. If I had known I would not have ordered it. I can’t speak to the quality because I have not seen it yet but I don’t trust a company who doesn’t stand by their overall processes. I’ve paid for a product I have not received.

Order not arrived. Meanwhile all the process of creating the product was okay. My order is yet to arrive. The delivery was supposed to be on the 9th. But yet it’s been since the 3rd of February that it is still “catching a flight” in Australia. Living in New Zealand, it takes 3 to 4 hours to fligh to New Zealand. Surely when you had 12 days in the process for logistics it should have arrived by today the 15th. I have contacted the transporter and they are “investigating” yet after another attempt to contact them back still no answer from them. For a company lien yours, focusing on all the important “life event” such as Valentine’s Day and others, you should know more than ANYONE that being on time is the key. I am very disappointed by the service and will most certainly never use it again for that exact reason.

Frustrated and disappointed with their shipping. The book is an anniversary gift and it didn't arrive until after 2 days.

Ordered a customised book on 04/11/2025. Received a completely wrong book on 14/11/2025. This is completely unacceptable as these books are meant to be private and fully customised so I could read the very private stories of some completely random couple. I then sent them an email and they went ahead to reprint my book and shipped it out. Finally received my own book on 25/11/2025. It came in a much poorer packaging as compared to the first wrong book which resulted in my book being damaged and warped. Really terrible experience and I would strongly recommend people to go for other companies instead. They did offer a 25% refund but I would much rather have a book of good quality. Unfortunately, a new book will not arrive in time for my anniversary.

We’re really sorry for the mix-up and the poor packaging. That should never happen, especially with something as personal as a customized book. Our shipping department is reviewing best practices to prevent such errors from occurring in the future.

I thought this was amazing so I bought it for my wife for are one year anniversary I paid express shipping to be here in three days it didn't show I emailed them they refunded the express shipping charge but then here we are over 10 days later and still it hasn't arrived.

Book arrived, binding really bad for what I paid for it ie nearly $60 plus postage Wrote to the company straight away and told them and asked what could be done about it, still no response. Very dissatisfied and won’t purchase anything else from this company.

The book's quality has really gone down hill. I bought a book every year for the past five years and the one I received this year has the worst quality despite paying $20-ish more than the previous ones. Will not be getting any more books from this company.

It was a book of love with me telling my husband how much I love him. In the middle of the book there was a page thrown in there where my husband was telling me to go talk to other guys. Even customer service couldn’t explain it. The book cost $70.00 and not once since the original email where they were shocked too has communicated with me. I see your response about the communication. Still no one has gotten back to me.

Paid expediting fee only to be told that they can only guarantee the ship date..smh. Wasted money. When it finally arrived AFTER our anniversary, it was damaged. Well either way..it was a MEMORABLE experience!!!

Unfortunately I was asked to rate this book and I have not received it. If I ever get it, I will review my rating. If I don’t receive it soon, I will call for a refund.

I ordered $75 book, they sent me small like notebook thing with empty pages NOTHING was written on any of the pages, and when I complained all they did is telling oh we'll give u 50% of ur next purchase, like really??? U think I'm gonna order again after u fooled me. Don't recommend them at all. Got get a notebook from the dollar store it's more decent. They had the gut to email me back to tell Me oh we only write on the left side, while there's nothing written on either side. Please stop fooling and scaming people. People work hard for their money.
