It is one of the worst experience for me, the book got lost. It was my proposal gift. The customer service just said sorry and we will re print it without any further explanation.

I would never recommend Love Book to anyone. My order was not received in time for Valentine’s Day and the company refused to refund me my money.

SCAMMED ⚠️ I paid $130 NZD for a book with hard cover upgrade, I live in New Zealand and I was having it delivered to USA, the address I put for delivery was the USA address, yet for some reason the address they sent it to was half the USA address and half of my address! There is no such address! When I emailed them they told me I put that address, now, why the hell would I do that ? How could I possible type half of each address? It was clearly something on their side and then I was told if I pay more admin and postage they would post out a new one, that would be an extra $50 NZD ($25 USD) which would take the total to $150 NZD, bare in mind this was a birthday present, the book is heading to a none existent address and then will return to them eventually where I guess they’ll just destroy it. I checked the reviews and I’ve seen this exact issue written by other customers, so there’s no way they can blame me for it. They have made a mistake and are trying to charge me extra to fix it. I refuse. Do not use this company unless you want to get charged extra for mistakes they make.

They left out two pages of my book. Once I notified them, they literarily said send us pictures. There’s no such thing as taking pictures of something missing. Then they said -well you approved it as is so tough luck. Wow Fail fail fail Don’t bother, it’s expensive to have them not care about printing errors.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by LoveBook. My anniversary gift plans were completely ruined due to their incompetence and lack of attention to detail. I ordered a customized 40-page book for my anniversary, paying extra for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. However, instead of receiving the personalized book I ordered, I was sent a generic Valentine's template. This mistake left me frustrated and anxious, especially with my anniversary just around the corner. After reaching out to customer support, I was assured that the correct book would be sent to me. To my dismay, when the replacement arrived, it was yet again the same incorrect Valentine's template. This incompetence is unforgivable, especially considering the significant amount of money I spent on this gift. Furthermore, I was accused of lying about the situation, which only added insult to injury. The implication that I created a new book after my purchase, when I clearly did not and it is evident on my receipt and my book list screenshots (which shows the purchase date is same as creation date), shows a lack of understanding and care on their part. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, LoveBook's failure to deliver the correct product has left me with no choice but to give them a one-star review. This experience has been nothing short of a waste of time and money. I urge others to think twice before trusting LoveBook with their special occasions. My hope is that this review will prevent others from enduring the same disappointment and frustration that I have faced. Date of experience: February 08, 2024

Very Baaaaaaad customer service. I was lured in by their misleading advertising & trickery for getting your card or book in time for the holiday if you order in the next 24 hours. (13 days before the holiday) Once I got to check out they wanted big money to have it shipped by holiday. So dont spend hours creating something if you want in in a week. I would have never wasted my time if I knew this ahead of time. I even emails customer service hoping they may waive the shipping. Nope. They made it sound like everyone calls complaining about shipping. Don’t be fooled

If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter ordered her book as a Father's Day gift on June 4, 2022, it stated that it was delivered on June 12th, needless to say, IT WASN'T! Apparently, UPS passed it off to the post office that never delivered it. I contacted customer service (Liam) about the issue, he offered to reprint and rush deliver (didn't ask too many question so I gather they run into this issue all of the time). Today is June 23, 2022, Father's Day was June 19th!! Way to ruin what was suppose to be the perfect gift from a daughter to her father. All I got was the run around. I asked for a refund and was told that he is not authorized, we should have received the book on Saturday the 18th and it just arrived at my house today. There is no phone number that I could find for customer service, everything is done via email, which I found to be a little unprofessional and shady. It was a lot of unnecessary back and forth with the promise of rush shipping which DID NOT happen! Thanks a lot for ruining my daughters special and surprise gift. As previously mentioned I asked for a refund but was offered a credit for a free book for another occasion. I will NEVER use this company again, upon doing more research, there are other similar companies out there that does the job that is promised and is more professional. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Sometimes it pays to read other people's reviews of services and products.

Horrible. Don’t waste your money. My book was suppose to arrive 4 days before my anniversary, it’s been 3 days past my anniversary and it is still not here. What a way to ruin a special ocassion gift

I have tried to get a hold of someone for almost 3 weeks! Have not herd back from anyone regarding this order. This order has been delivered to the wrong address. The recipient never received it. I am requesting a refund or for it to be shipped to the correct address. Which has now been updated. Why is it so difficult to gete s hold of someone from customer service! it says "we will get back to you within 24 hours" that no TRUE!!! Please someone get back to me as soon as possible!!! Thank you.

DON'T BUY! If they send you the wrong book, or the book you buy has something wrong, they will just ignore you! DO NOT BUY! SEE OTHER REVIEWS!

Received my book last year, was happy with it . However same time this year , money has been deducted from my account again. Will this happen every year? Not happy 😕
