They printed the wrong cover on my book

Book arrived, binding really bad for what I paid for it ie nearly $60 plus postage Wrote to the company straight away and told them and asked what could be done about it, still no response. Very dissatisfied and won’t purchase anything else from this company.

After alot of emails and follow-up I still did not receive my hard copy of a mother's day book from last year. No reply from any of my emails

The book's quality has really gone down hill. I bought a book every year for the past five years and the one I received this year has the worst quality despite paying $20-ish more than the previous ones. Will not be getting any more books from this company.

It was a book of love with me telling my husband how much I love him. In the middle of the book there was a page thrown in there where my husband was telling me to go talk to other guys. Even customer service couldn’t explain it. The book cost $70.00 and not once since the original email where they were shocked too has communicated with me. I see your response about the communication. Still no one has gotten back to me.

Paid expediting fee only to be told that they can only guarantee the ship date..smh. Wasted money. When it finally arrived AFTER our anniversary, it was damaged. Well either way..it was a MEMORABLE experience!!!

Unfortunately I was asked to rate this book and I have not received it. If I ever get it, I will review my rating. If I don’t receive it soon, I will call for a refund.

I ordered $75 book, they sent me small like notebook thing with empty pages NOTHING was written on any of the pages, and when I complained all they did is telling oh we'll give u 50% of ur next purchase, like really??? U think I'm gonna order again after u fooled me. Don't recommend them at all. Got get a notebook from the dollar store it's more decent. They had the gut to email me back to tell Me oh we only write on the left side, while there's nothing written on either side. Please stop fooling and scaming people. People work hard for their money.

I ordered one for my husband’s birthday. Wrong book arrived - someone else’s order, guy’s gift for an anniversary with his partner. I reported it to the store, and they asked for photos to have proof!! Poor guy’s anniversary is probably ruined, and I still don’t know if I’ll get my order reprinted.

Two pages were printed incorrectly. I previewed my book online and the mistakes weren’t there. I was told they would print a new one and express ship it to me and they will send an email out as soon it is printed. It’s been over a week.

I requested a correction hours after submitting and was told over 24 hours later it cant be done and make it in time. They do claim to be able to make corrections if they are notified asap prior to order going into production, this is simply not true. I requested help and was told they could not accommodate it.

It is one of the worst experience for me, the book got lost. It was my proposal gift. The customer service just said sorry and we will re print it without any further explanation.

I would never recommend Love Book to anyone. My order was not received in time for Valentine’s Day and the company refused to refund me my money.
