“Very disappointed. Website said if I ordered it that it would be here before Xmas and I ordered it 5 weeks before Xmas and still has not arrived. So my 3 children were upset that they didn’t have present for mommy on Xmas day so I will not be using this site again!”

“The book quality was poor, the binding of the book was not done evenly, some pages stuck together. Overall quality looked cheap. The last page was not expressed to be included with the note from love books and was not shown in the preview before order was placed.”

“I ordered the book as a gift for my bf. I initially liked the book as I was ordering it. When it came to the final price I WAS EXTREMELY unhappy about the delivery charge and taxes combined. It was deceiving to me wilge I was ordering the book, and then too late after I realized it to cancel the order. The book is very small and not worth the cost. I won't order from this company again.”

“My wife hated it, she said it looks very cheap and a waste of time & money. She threw it to the bin the very next day. The print and the quality is very poor.”

“I custom the book to look like my wife but the color of hair, skin and eyes were all wrong. The book was supposed to say mom but instead said my wife’s name it was a big disappointment.”

“I ordered the book on the 6th of Feb. for my Vday gift to my girlfriend. When checking out it said estimated delivery date would be Feb. 14. I didn’t receive the book until Feb 19 causing me to not have a gift on Vday for her.”

“When I made my purchase I was under the impression I was buying a one year membership along with my first book. Upon realizing this I emailed customer service. But they were unwilling to help and only offered for me to buy the membership separately. Was looking forward to purchasing additional books with the membership. I’ve now lost interest in making additional purchases due to the lack of help and poor customer service. Disappointed.”

“Paid for express shipping so it would be here a week before Christmas, and now it's supposed to be here Christmas, but according to the tracking, it has not been mailed off as of December 21st.”

“I’m give them one star because for one your team messed up and sent me the wrong product they would not want me through the right proper steps to get my product and I still two months later and waiting on my mod because they put the wrong one in the box and I had to send it back and they are post to be sending me a new one but I have yet to receive it yet and they also did not include the sqonk pan with my wasp nano now so yeah I’m giving a one star”

“Did not receive my book on time even with paying the premium fees to make sure my book got here on time. My anniversary gift was ruined. I literally had nothing to give to my significant other since i had this book planned as the gift. Truly disappointed. The book is now 4 days late and i still have not received it.”

“Two pages stuck together and to open the book and read the pages the stuck pages had to opened. This damaged the page. Edit: Was contacted about this issue and was shipped another book free of cost; however, the second book had the exact same issue on the exact same pages (first and last pages). I was then only refunded for shipping costs. If you really want to purchase a book from love book, I would recommend having a blank page for the first and last pages as this is where the binding glue issue occurred both times which damaged the pages. While creating the book content was fun, you should beware of poor quality control of their products and expect binding issues in your book.”

“Review is already written on the Google My Business (the API within Google Maps) platform. But here it goes again: The vendor had to deliver the book twice for "quality reasons" (for the original delivery date on December 2nd, and the order was done on November 23rd). I haven't received the birthday present yet as the book is stuck in their expedited shipping. Avoid this scam and buy a bouquet of flowers, same end result.”

“I was so excited for this but I have still not received the book I ordered more than 15 days ago. I am trying to follow up with Purolator but they are not as responsive either. I am not sure if it's lost or something else is happening.”
