The printing shade was off. Too dark compared to preview. When I complained with photographic evidence they told me I got what I paid for and that there was no issue. Despite the photos clearly proving otherwise. Very upset they didn’t correct the error.

Apparently lost book in transit....extremely disappointed..update, book finally arrived after 3 weeks the receiver loved it...

Save yourself the trouble and choose a different company. Despite entering the correct address, WITH apartment number, when ordering, I never received my book. I informing them about the missing apartment number when tracking the order and they insist it wasn't provided. Now, they refuse a refund and want me to pay for shipping AGAIN, on top of the $60 spent on the book and $11 for the initial shipping. This situation is absurd! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Very bad service! I ordered a book and you put the cover of my book on someone else’s book. When I sent an email to inform you they book was completely wrong, I had no response. I will not be using the service again. Very bad service and poor product.

I paid $20 for the fastest shipping so that the book would come in time before my trip and it didn’t come until like 2 days later.... if I would’ve known it wouldn’t have come on time I wouldn’t have paid so much for shipping

When I ordered this book, for Valentine's Day, it was because I was told it would be delivered on the 12th of Feb. (2 days prior to Valentine's Day). When it still hadn't arrived by 5:30p on Valentine's Day, I contacted your customer support asking for a resolution, refund, whatever. I still have not received any reply, other than an automated message saying you got my request. I received the book yesterday evening (Feb. 18th) a far cry from being delivered before Valentine's Day. Unless I hear back from you on how this can be resolved, I will ensure that everyone on social media knows and I certainly won't order from you again.

DO NOT BUY! Book was missing pages and customer service was terrible. Ordered the book weeks before Christmas, as a Christmas gift. Book was missing the first page. Customer service was automated in replies and offered no help. TERRIBLE and RUINED what could have been a great gift for Christmas.

Hi! Saw the ad so many times on IG that I took the time on creating it for my boyfriend . 1st issue NO HARD COVER available set the order anyways and then told them I wanted to pay extra by mail and then told me my order was already shipped sept 4th !!!! It’s sept the 23rd and still haven’t got my package worst decision to rely for a birthday present I’m still waiting for the miracle bday is sept the 27th …..

Shipping was set to arrive by Valentine’s Day as shown by their website. They even had a cutoff which my order was placed before. It did not arrive on time. I submitted a ticket via email asking if the shipping could be changed to arrive on time since the label was created but not picked up by FedEx. It was in their possession. They followed up by saying that they can’t help me, they can’t control the shipper.... what? I emailed back asking how it could be fedexs fault since it was still in their possession. They did not make the cutoff time for FedEx. The label they created was after hours. I also asked if I can get a refund on shipping since I paid extra to make sure it arrived on time. I received no response. I learned my lesson from this company and I will do my best to spread the word to avoid using their services

The book itself was absolutely beautiful. The process was easy and fun to do, but customer service was so bad after it shipped that I will never order another book. It’s sad. Such a fabulous product but once the ordered is placed you are left hanging until it arrives. I would have ordered a book each year, but after this experience I hope you go out of business. Edit since reply was posted. There was one reply and offered a free book or reprinted current book for free.

The customer service is terrible I’ve tried many times to contact customer service on the contact form when my lovebook arrived on the 25th January, I sent a long message on there, the front cover and the back page was printed incorrectly and misaligned I explained all this, and I have not had a response back yet. Absolutely terrible customer service haven’t had the decency to even contact me back. Why even send me my book out when my book when front cover is so far to the right of the page nowhere near centre. Wasn’t even quality checked just sent and customer has to put up with it. It cost me over £60 and it was for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I wouldn’t recommend lovebook to anyone especially if you have an issue afterwards they won’t contact you back. The contact form doesn’t work efficiently, it’s a con.

Paid so much extra for it to be here early and ended up taking 2x the amount of time along with many typos. Would never order from here again
