“Very good quality, easy to create, very flexible so you can express your ideas. There is sadly no option to check misspelling mistakes, even though you have to double confirm that you assume to whole responsibility of the errors. From my point of view it is expensive (you pay the price for the idea). The delivery was fast and even with the non-tracking option, you get the information about how is everything going. The book arrived with no damages, and well packed, just on the day I was told during the payment process.”
“While it's a lovely, colourful book and a wonderful idea for a special gift, the binding of the book isn't great (could be because I had 80 pages in mine). It cannot be opened often because the pages would start falling out. This kind of defeats the purpose of having a physical lovebook in the first place.”

“The quality, experience, shipping time, and look of the book were excellent! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because there wasn’t enough character facial features to choose from. It was difficult to make a face that looked somewhat close to resembling my boyfriend but still not really. He’s going to laugh at it for sure. The haircut was dead on though lol. This book was a joy to give. Definitely recommend.”
“I love the product but the shipping leaves way more to be desired. The packaging the item comes in is wonderful and the product is amazing. But it took forever for the recipient to receive their gift because of constant issues with the package being lost in shipping. I was able to contact customer service and they were super helpful and were able to send a replacement but this company needs to consider changing to some better form of shipping service as this one is a nightmare.”

“The book was so sweet, it made my bf tear up! The quality of the soft touch cover was really worth it. And each page inside felt like it was made just for us and truly captured our story. Our characters were incredibly cute and I liked how many options there were available to really bring them to life. I found one or two pages that were slightly blurry and is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star. The whole process was quick, easy, enjoyable and exactly what I was looking for. “This was the second book I had made with Lovebook. It really is a cool product and in my opinion, the best thing about it is individualizing my books. I don't use the remade pages. Instead, I delete them and make my own, reminding my husband of fun things we've done together. The books I've had made for him were quite time consuming, but worth it! I've made pictures of our farm and have our dogs in almost all the pages. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is twofold: The support with this service is basically nonexistent. If you email a question, you get a form letter that doesn't even address the topic you'd addressed. You're on your own. And, secondly, the first book I made was probably almost three years ago. I couldn't see much updated. There's so much potential here! At LEAST update the clothing choices! And add more objects. It would be GREAT if we could turn the figures - rotate them so the people (and objects) don't always have to face the front. I'd make books for my friends, my kids - lots of books if there were more options for objects and clothing!!”
