“Four stars only because mobile editing / creating on my phone was a little difficult with some of the text boxes, I assume it might have been better on the desktop version, not sure. But the finished product was awesome! My girlfriend LOVED it! Great Valentines gift.”

“I am very pleased with my LoveBiook. It was a gift for my Dad..... I really liked receiving the digital copy while waiting for the hard copy. I didn’t rate it a 5 simply bc it seemed to take a long time to come( although understandable with COVID-19). I also thought $83.00 was a bit expensive. All in all, I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I would love to buy more but just can’t justify the price.”

“The versatility of designing the book. The company gave us quite a few options! Looked very professional in the end.I wish though that our characters could actually look more like real people… or at least very similar. In the end I looked more like a boy, but it’s because there was no real option for “curly hair”!”

“I made my book on my phone. I don't know if it would have been easier on my laptop but I recommend using the computer. All in all it was fine. I recommend making a Love Book for your special someone. I will make another for our Anniversary this one was for Valentine's Day.”

“I've made LoveBooks for my girlfriend the last two years for Valentine's day. She really loves these books, and it's great that there's enough variety in the templates, people, etc. that you can create them with several different themes. It's really kind of fun creating them too, as long as you have a little patience. I'm planning to keep making them for a few more years, so she will eventually have a whole collection of these books. The only downside I've run into is that the website performance was really pretty bad this year. Pages would often take *minutes* to load and completing some tasks (like reordering pages) felt like they required more steps than they should (which wouldn't matter so much if page loads weren't extremely slow). I don't recall the performance being so bad last year, so maybe it was just a temporary hiccup. Other than that though, I love these books and will keep making them as long as the performance issues don't make it unusable.”

“Make sure to spell check cuase they dont. Acedently hit a m instead of a n thanks to my big thumb. My bad for not better proof reading. But still disappointed that they didnt double check for spelling errors.”

“Very good, although was in a strange order with a couple of blank pages at the start & end of book even though I had used all pages necessary when I was designing.. Amazing how quickly made it was with speedy delivery!”

“Although I lived the book, a few of the questions did not have an answer for me to pick so I had to pick something just so I had an answer. For instance, my husband is bald and there was not a choice of baldness in one of the questions. We own horses and that would have been another thing I would have picked about a romantic night. Maybe have more choices or allow a fill in in case there are no choices that match the couple.”

“I loved making the LoveBook. My wife loved the LoveBook. I liked the way it allowed to personalize text. I liked the pre formatted pages, which allowed for editing to make the experience very personable. Making the icon look more like the persons involved in the story was good, but not excellent. I don't know if this matters a whole lot. On one page called I would have liked a couch instead of bean bag chair option, but the point got across. Packing and shipping was excellent. I would use it again”

“It’s a great concept! The books will be something my family cherish’s for years to come. I appreciated that there were more detailed backgrounds added recently, but I wish there were also more outfit options for the characters and that the colours of clothing could be adjusted accordingly. Also, it would be nice if you could edit the book covers to make them more unique.”

“This was my second book I ordered from this company. The design evolved so much since I ordered my first custom book. You can spend hours customizing the pages. The only reason I took one star away is there was no update emails on shipping and tracking. I received an email that the book is in queue for printing and that’s it. I think it would benefit the company better if it was updating its customers about shipping and handling progress.”
