“I broke my phone screen and wanted it fixed. When I looked online for a repair, lovefone was not the cheapest option but certainly looked the most reputable. I turned up the next day on my way to work and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. The repair looks good and I've had no issues with it. I would use them again despite the slightly higher prices!”

“I am very pleased with the repair. My phone screen was cracked and is now fixed and can be used fully. I think the service is VERY expensive but I am glad it is all sorted, so I guess worth it in the end.”

“I replaced my iPhone 5 battery. The online booking system is effortless, and the reminders they text and email useful. Job was done in 10-15 min as promised, and so far, my phone has worked as good as new.”

“So far I'm really satisfied, my iPhone 5 used to run out of battery in one hour. With the new one I've got no problem at all.. Today I left my house at 11am with 100% and now (almost midnight ) it's 20%. I just hope this is gonna last. The service was really efficient, they did it in 10 minutes.”

“Great, quick service and easy to arrange for a screen repair. It's always more expensive than I'd like to repair a phone screen, but you seemed in line with other repair shops in this regard, and the service was excellent. I like the one year warranty too!”

“My Nexus 5 camera was broken, usually they don't do this type of repairs but happily ordered the components for me. They could start working on it right away (20 min wait) but I decided to pick up my phone later that day. Great service, good communication.”

“Trusty company. I had smashed my iPhone 5S screen a few days ago and was beginning to worry that some irreparable had been done. Googled companies that sort out iPhone screen and though I found some that did repairs for £25 in my area, I had also heard of some companies messing it up and voiding the warranty, leaving the customer in an even worse position than before. Lovefone sorted out my screen for £69 which was a good deal more expensive but still cheaper than Apple and in my experience when people charge around that price mark you get great service with no complaints. They replaced the screen in half an hour, and though there was a fault in the one they returned, within 10 minutes they replaced it again and it looked good as new. Very pleased.”
