“Carried out on time and as expected, with friendly customer services. Worth noting that they don't cover iPhone 6s Plus, and that they expect you to give them the password to your device when you leave it with them.”

“Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service and the very nice website. My only complaint was (using the courier service) that I did not receive the email with instructions to remove the SIM and back up the phone etc until AFTER the courier had been to get it!”

“Very happy with the service overall - super-fast; courier tracking worked; person I spoke to on the phone was helpful; my phone was fixed, all within 3 hours. I would definitely use your service again. Some detailed feedback on some specifics: - I may well have missed it, but you don't explain the process right from the start (i.e. customer ships the phone, the customer gets an email to pay, the customer pays, customer gets it shipped back) - perhaps you should show a super-simple process flow! - If you are on a slow Wifi connection and do a courier collection post-code lookup (in my case, for an address in the City of London) you first get a message flash up that this post-code isn't covered before you get the UI saying that it is. You might want to fix this for users on a 3G connection... - The Gophr tracking app for the courier is good, but has a bug where if you leave it open and then come back to it later, it *very slowly* animates the update to the courier position - it can be WAY out and not correct itself for ages until you refresh the page. Otherwise a very good service...”

“Took my phone to the Lovefone store and it took just 20 minutes for them to fix the screen. Really easy to use and a lot quicker then waiting for an appointment at Apple.”

“Friendly staff. Quick turnaround. Slick billing. Would recommend. Only disappointment was a lack of black iPhone 6 screens so I had to take white. If your only business is repairing screens you should never really be caught out by not having enough stock. Better to carry too much stock than rely on just in time delivery and then risk leaving clients disappointed.”
