“Service was quick and friendly. Went for a coffee during the 30 minutes for replacing a iphone 6 display. When I left the my phone at the shop for lovefone to execute the repair, I had a short moment of doubt because I didn't get any "cloak room receipt" acknowledging that I handed over my phone and showing my eligibility to collect it. If it wasn't for that, I'd given 5 stars.”

“They were, quick, friendly and did a good job. I called in instead of using the online booking service, but they also have a service to pay online, which is smashing. Phone fixed, money well spent.”

“Great that you can pop in and get your phone fixed in 20 minutes while you wait. Booking an appointment also makes things very easy. Prices are quite a bit higher than most other phone repair shops.. Most people i have spoken to pay £50-60 for a screen repair. Staff are friendly and the job was done quickly and very well.”

“Screen smashed! Popped in left phone with gentleman, popped out and got a sandwich. Came back and phone was handed back to me, screen in perfect condition. All within 12 minutes. Need I say more...”

“Service was super fast, I booked an hour before I dropped it in and got it back that afternoon. When I first picked it up the screen fitting was a little off so I had to wait another while for them to fix it, but the phone is perfect now (and it was really shattered). They also don't take Amex.”

“Got my iPhone screen and battery replaced. They said it would only take 5 minutes but it took a bit longer (20 mins). Still very quick though and the phone works again.”

“My only gripe is that online it had said £109 but when I got to lovefone I was told it was £149..? Regardless, extreme friendly Professional and the job done in the time specified. No doubt I will be back Kind regards”

“I went there to replace my LG nexus 5 screen. I said that it was red. When I arrived there they said me that they had only in black or white. I took it. Except the color of my phone which is quite different now. The service was very quick about 30/40min and my phone is working perfectly.”

“Very friendly and polite service and had an IPhone 4s battery replaced on the spot. It took under 10 minutes. I saw previously on reviews when I was looking for a place that Jon Snow had recommended Lovefone. What's good enough for him is good enough for me. Have already told a friend of mine with a broken IPad screen to try Lovefone.”
