“Short lived! Put the new bulbs in & 2 days Later one flickered & then died completely. On thins experience I would not purchase again from ‘love lights’. Not impressed.”

Hi Gemma, We are sorry to hear that one the lamps has failed, unfortunately you have not made us aware of this issue and are unable to help resolve if we are not notified either by email or a telephone call. If you would like to either drop us an email or give us a call on the number 01642 424844 we would be happy to speak with the manufacturer of the bulb regarding a replacement as these will be covered under warranty. Hello, We are sorry you have not yet received your order, this was dispatched within the 2-7 working day period as per the information on our website with Royal mail and we have offered to send a replacement out for you as discussed on the 25th September as per a telephone call when we were made aware of this. Once again we are sorry your item has not yet been received however we are rectifying this issue and having this resent for you.

Apologies that you are unhappy with the delivery and the update, when the lights were ordered you were informed these were out of stock before purchasing and were happy to wait. Once we received these into stock from the manufacturer these were dispatched immediately and a dispatch email sent to yourself. Unfortunately at this time we are in the hands of the manufacturer at the moment as shipments are being delayed. Once again please accept our apolgies.

“Really pleased with my Ceiling and wall lights which are just like the photos on the website. unfortunately 2 shades had been damaged in transit but this minor problem was very quickly rectified and i had replacement shades within 5 days.”

“I felt well looked after dealing with the lady on sales that answered the phone, and dealt with my order, I had ordered some discontinued stock so this wasn't straightforward sale, but she kept me informed about timelines and when the goods did arrive I spotted that one of the boxes was damaged and had a missing part, but another call speaking to the same friendly girl (name escapes me) assured me it would be rectified, it was a couple of days later than advise but it arrived, she really aimed to please.”

“Lovely products, website and feel of care. However, the delivery took longer than the site led me to believe and I didn't get much in the way of updates. It's a shame because the delivery issue marred what was an otherwise good experience.”
