“I ordered an item that was out of stock at the time, so I had a bit of a wait for delivery; but the item was dispatched to me very quickly once they had it in stock. The item was well packaged and delivered with DPD who I think are very good. Light was as described and looked the same as it did online. Also prices were competitive. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend.”

“I have been highly impressed with the excellent customer service I have experienced in dealing with Love Lights. Discovering their most competitive price on the market for a chandelier in which I was interested, I was nervous about buying such an important accessory for my living room project on-line. I was delighted, then, when Lynsey Bradshaw of the company was outstanding in researching and communicating to me, over the telephone, and by email, answers to a whole range of questions I had about detail of the product. Nothing was too much trouble, and Lynsey even mailed me well into the evening, sending further close-up images. It was due to Lynsey that I went ahead with the purchase, and now have a gorgeous chandelier sparkling in my room, having arrived exactly within the timeline anticipated. A highly satisfactory experience! 5 star!”

“The bulbs took a long time to arrive (at least 2 weeks) and the packaging was not what I’d expect for a fragile product. Having said that, I’ve used one of the bulbs which works fine.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your review and apologies the delivery took a little longer than usual, unfortunately we are trying to stay within our standard 2-7 working days display however there are times this may run over due to delivery issues from the manufacturer.
