“The web site is very extensive with lots of variety that would suit all tastes. The shop unit is small but the staff go the extra mile and are very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend Love Lights”

“Great customer service. Admittedly, they did have to send a replacement as the first delivery was not packaged correctly and got damaged in transit but it's not entirely their fault. I suspect it was the courier company. They were very pleasant and apologetic when I told them and immediately send a new replacement which came very quickly. Happy with my product and so refreshing to have good customer service when these things happen!”

“Found Lovelights online by chance. Discovered they were within sensible driving distance. Arrived at their shop (not on the high street!) and was greeted by someone (Amy) who knew their stuff inside out! I sort of knew what I was looking for but basically had no idea. By the time I left 20 mins later I knew what I needed and the best way to go about it. How much had that cost me so far. Nothing. Had a couple more questions answered by email. Placed the order a few days later and everything arrived perfectly on time and ready for fitting. (Only need to actually build the room the lights are for) I would recommend Lovelights for their all round service but particularly the no-hard sell approach to their passion.... Lighting!”

“Order delivered quickly and exactly as wanted. Although it did not cause any problems, the packaging was not very robust, so if the carrier had not been careful with it there could have been a problem.”
