“Received my book last year, was happy with it . However same time this year , money has been deducted from my account again. Will this happen every year? Not happy 😕”

“I wish I could give LoveBook more than 5 stars. It arrived in less than a week and I am so happy with the finished product. The illustrations and font are both so crisp and perfect. There were no printing flaws, and the book came just how I ordered it. I went with a matte cover that printed beautifully as well. The creation process was a breeze too. When I had questions about the order timeline, someone answered them via email within hours. And now I have this beautiful, high-quality book that looks like it could have come from a bookstore. And it's personalized, too. I cannot wait to give it to my bf for our 2 year anniversary!”

“I ordered my lovebook for my Mom for Mother's Day and never received it. I have been trying to reach them. No number and I'm guessing they pick and choose what emails to answer. I want my money back or the book!!!!! I am very disappointed 👎👎👎👎👎”

“When I was originally placing my order for an anniversary gift, this company had amazing communication and response time within 10 mins via email. That is until I received my order and it was all wrong. And I mean... ALL. WRONG. Every single page was incorrect. It was either missing some images or clipart, had the wrong image, the text was in the wrong place, it was the worst quality product I have ever received. I immediately emailed them via their website, because as you may know, they have NO PHONE NUMBER for you to speak to a live person. My first email was responded to in 5 minutes. They asked for a photo or two to show the issue, I sent MULTIPLE because EACH page was wrong. Then SILENCE. No response yet. I was able to Google a phone number which was answered by a lady who explained she would be unable to do more than send a message to the correct department because they cannot transfer customers. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on "hold" but I heard their entire conversation about me. The manager then answered and said the same. I told her I wanted a call back within two hours and still nothing. No response to my email. No return phone call. Horrible experience and my anniversary is next week. Thanks a lot.”

“I loved the book and the process to create it, I paid for the standard shipping and the book arrived in 8 days. The book is really pretty, the sheets are thick and the quality is really great, it´s exactly as it´s shown on the website.”

“For Valentine’s Day, my boyfriend Gerald had a love book made for me. I absolutely loved it! On Valentine’s Day, my parents house which had my love book in it burned completely down. I was devastated. My boyfriend emailed customer service and told them what happened and they were happy to replace it. So many HAPPY tears! Thank you so much Love Book! Brought a smile to my face during a sad time.”

“COMPANY DOESN,T SUPPLY ANY NUMBERS TO SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT PROBLEMS. THE COMPANY HAS A 24 HOUR WINDOW TO CALL YOU BACK NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO A REFUND”

“I am a customer in Australia, and I cannot recommend Love Book enough! The delivery and production took less than 2 weeks to get from America, to Sydney. The quality and price is good and the the finished outcome of the book is so professional. I am sooooo impressed with Love Book, i will be getting more made this as gifts for family and friends. If there are any customers in Australia that are worried about shipping (don't be!) , i was initially worried about this, but was astounded at the fast pace of book production and delivery to my door. 10/10.”

“Reading the reviews definitely made me nervous, but the book was PERFECT. It got delivered in less than a week and the quality and details are incredible. “I am so pleased with my order! It got here in less than a week and I love it. I am having a hard time stopping myself from giving it to him before Valentines Day because I am absolutely tickled pink about it. I was a little hesitant about ordering from a sponsored add from Facebook. But I read the reviews and most all were good, so I went with for it and I am so glad I did. My husband with be impressed.”

“I ordered Jan 13 and got it Jan 19! Got to admit I was scared after seeing some negative reviews but mine was delivered through Canada post. Maybe services had issues or those reviews are dishonest. It was a little pricey but definitely worth it! The print and quality was just as on the website. 11/10 recommend!”

“I’m honestly extremely impressed with everything. The book turned out AMAZING. The hard cover/pages are great quality and the pictures turned out even better than the electronic version. It’s the perfect size too. The shipping only took 7 days and I live in Canada. I just don’t know how I’m gonna be able to wait 3 weeks to give it to my boyfriend I just love it so much! I 10/10 recommend.”

“My experience was actually amazing. I purchased the hardcover book, 40 pages, while it was on sale a week or so after after Christmas. It arrived two days earlier than it said it would and that was with standard shipping. (It arrived one week after I placed the order. It had said it would take 9 days, but only took 7.) I bought it for my husband! He loves sweet and well thought out gifts like this and this was something that made us both really happy. He has it on display right now actually. I may want to make another one in the future if possible, but we'll see. On another note, I am surprised and sorry that so many people here had a negative experience.”
