Awful customer service!!! When I was ordering the book there was no warning about possible delays. The book was sent only on the day it was supposed to be already delivered. So I received it way too late after the event it was intended for. Moreover, the first page was badly stained. I’ve sent several emails with a request for a partial refund. All of them were ignored. Very disappointing:(

A little upset. I ordered my book as a gift for Valentines Day. When I placed my order it said expected delivery 02/14, which was perfect. It now has a delivery date of 02/16 and hasn't even left the post office distribution center in 4 days!

STUPID amount of money. Ended up being $71. You don't get to see how much it costs until the book is done. Ridiculous for what you get. Gotta be a better way.

I placed an order last week and paid for premium shipping. My book was supposed to come today. Im notified it wont be here till the 23rd. ON TOP OF THAT, I tried tracking the book and I was told the address wasnt the same as the one I provided. They told me that if I dont intercept, it will be sent back. I tried to intercept, but for some reason I can't even enter the address of the wrong destination, therefore, i cant intercept. I tried reaching put to lovebook and no one has got back to me. Horrible customer service thus far. Im still waiting... :(

I am in the process of making a book so once it's completed I'll come back and give another review related to the shipping process. My complaint at the moment is that the character options, are not very inclusive. The options for darker skin tones are few and inaccurate. The same goes for lip colors and hair. It feels like whole thing is meant for white people only and it's frustrating.

I liked the concept, it’s a truly “cute” gift for a loved one. My only complaint that for the price point I found it incredibly tacky the the lovebook advertisements were placed INSIDE of the book without contesent, ( they have you approve the design of your custom book before placing the order. ) not only that but they put it in multiple places.
