“ They have delivery issues, ordered my book said it would arrive the day before valentines day, now my tracking says 2/18. False advertising, baiting and switching. Played me like a fiddle they knew they couldn't get the package to me but they wanted my money. DON'T USE THIS SERVICES IT'S A COOL IDEAL but logistics are horrible ”

“ Purchased on the 4th. Charged on the 5th. Est. Delivery on the 16th. Website indicated “shipping” status on the 16/17th (checked everyday) emailed several times. Now 18th, entire order was cancelled. Did not get my refund. Charged $70, they kept, no book!!!! ”

I called both customer support numbers no answer tried Facebook calls & Instagram direct message I tried emailing & no answer. Now I have to go buy another gift.
