“ what's the point in paying extra to have it delivered if they take their sweet time delivering it, their company is not what it holds it name to, my mistake was not reading the comments that were before me when it come to the delivering. I was told in my email it will arrive on the 7th of October but now it said ill get it oct 10 SO MUCH FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!!!!!! honestly all those 5 star review personally think that they are all robot reviews !!!!!!!!! ”

“ Same issues as most other unhappy customers. The book was promised to arrive on 2/12 but it won't arrive until after Valentines day. I wouldn't have spent the money if they'd been honest and told me the real delivery date. Giving a valentines gift AFTER valentines day is just stupid. And embarrassing. I will never order from them again. ”

“ Same issues I read below. Ordered with a promise for delivery on or before Feb 14. I emailed customer service on Feb 10 and was told they expect book will ship on time and I paid for express shipment. Check status and UPS days expected Feb 19. They either lied or the shipping clerk sent out UPS ground. Either way, no valentines gift. ”
