“ Ordered my book 1 Feb with an estimated delivery date of 14 Feb. Just like alot of you, Surprise....no book on Valentines Day. To make matters worse, their website still shows an estimated arrival date of 14 Feb and UPS shows that the label was just printed and not even shipped yet. Thanks for ruining Valentines Day! ”
