“They have some great bargains if you keep an eye out and it's very handy that you can order from them with Amazon pay. A very lovely website, really clean look. Only downside is the lack of merchandise for some club teams such as Glasgow and some of the Super Rugby sides. I'm definitely pleased with all the orders I've made from Lovell Rugby. Everything arrives on time. Overall a very good experience.”

“Product did arrive, but was much later than agreed and I missed the event I bought it for. Make sure you get them to properly agree delivery date.”

“I ordered two pairs of the same trainers so that the delivery cost was shared over a larger purchase. A day later I received notification that my trainers were ready for dispatch. I also then received an email saying that they only had one pair so the other pair were cancelled. I emailed back within 12 minutes to explain that if they could only supply one pair, to cancel the order. I had a reply back 2 days later basically saying it was too late as they had already sent the order. This meant the delivery charge was more than 25% of the cost of the trainers. In my opinion, if you can't supply the order having accepted it, you should contact the customer before just sending it anyway.”

“I've just purchased a Scotland vintage rugby shirt for a gift - arrived timely and great quality for the price. However - web description is navy blue/white and it's actually navy blue/cream (strong cream at that!) Such a disappointment.”

“Been over a week ago now since I purchased my running trainers but had no update of any delivery. I need these as I have a race day coming up. I have emailed this company as usual no contact number, to be told I will here in 48hrs. Moron Matt returned my email to say my order was cancelled due to missing stock. Poor communication and an unhappy customer. These bunch of morons have left me little to no chance of find the same pair of running shoes by Sunday. If I could give these zero stars then I would.”

“My order was cancelled by Lovell on 22/12/23 stating that they were unable to locate the item I had purchased and I would receive a refund within next 5 working days. Still waiting. I have Facebook messaged twice, the do not respond within 48 hours, emailed and have tried calling, never any answer and if it’s past 4pm they are gone for the day. Now requesting my bank to request refund.”
