“I ordered a personalised Noah's ark money box for our Grandson's 1st birthday, I paid express postage as I wanted it to arrive so I had time to wrap it for his birthday, it arrived , The engraving was perfect but the actual money box was badly marked, I sent a photo by email stating I needed a replacement urgently. I didn't get a response however a replacement came on the morning of his party and it was perfect. Thank you, things do go wrong but it is the customer service that one the day.Thank you, I will be ordering another one for another Grandchild soon.”

“Item sent different from photo to actual compass which made me choose that style. Didn't have the 3 engraved rings around the side just plain brass compass. Overall it looked good but have to note in future if they are slight differences to items personalised and sent out”
