“Although the item I purchased was lovely, I was really disappointed in the customer service. I ordered the item on the 14th April for a Communion on the 6th May. I emailed on the 29th April as I still hadn’t heard anything. I got no reply and emailed again on the 2nd May explaining that I needed it for the 6th. I then received a standard email on the 4th saying my item had been dispatched, not even a sorry for the delay or and explanation on why my item was only being dispatched on that day. I received the item on the 5th May via Royal Mail and it was just luck that my husband was there to receive it or else it would’ve went back to the depot and I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up until the next day. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else from here.”

“I brought to glasses engraved for a wedding present. I paid to have them gift wrapped. When they came only one was gift wrapped. The bow that came with it was squashed. After emailing to complain I got the wrapping money returned and a rather pathetic sorry, there was no empathy. I would rather have had a proper apology than the money refunded”

“Different to the picture. In a different box, looked less pretty. Smaller than illustrated, the text on the item( which was a gift) was so tiny, almost looked distorted”

“My engraved item wasn’t very good the two letters at the end of the word were ii when my gift arrived for the birth of my granddaughter these looked like number 9’s they looked nothing like ii, the gift is beautiful but it was to late to send back.”

“Bracelet engraving was very poor, they offered me a refund on return. Taking so long to get the refund even though tracking saying they have received the item.”

“Lovely gift but I paid 7.95 for next day delivery and it still took 5 days to arrive so in the end was pointless as I missed the anniversary and had to buy something else in the meantime last minute.”

“The gift took ages to come and I wanted it for a certain birthday and it was late in being delivered There is no way in phoning you so of course I was worried about it arriving in time Anyway when it finally did arrive it was lovely and my friend was excited to get it so that was a bonus It definitely made her smile”

“I was so excited to receive my wedding planner but when it turned up all the pages was bent over and it looked a mess also when it had our names on there was no & between our names which doesn't look right so really disappointed with the purchase”

“Paid extra for gift wrap, gift wrap hadn’t been sealed properly and now looks scruffy. Not impressed. Had to unwrap and rewrap to make it look presentable again.”
