“Lovely personalised breakfast set. Bought one a few years ago, was disappointed it didn't come in a gift box. I would have thought the Company may have changed their packaging a few years on however, having recently ordered another one, it arrived in the same packaging - a brown cardboard box, bubble wrapped. I now have to purchase a suitable gift box to put it in. Presentation of this gift is disappointing.”

“Got 3 of these and was so pleased and ordered a 4th! However disappointed with the 4th as it wasn't packaged well and had obviously moved around the box ...the paint was chipped on the 4th one”

“Very pleased with the box and engraving, which were exactly as described and pictured. It was particularly handy to be able to see a simulation of how the print would look on the box. It is a gift, so can't pass judgement on the workings of the contents, but the name was fine. The look of the pens is not brilliant. I know it is difficult to get wood-look right, but these are for a child and they just look like ivory colour with brown stains. The box, packaging, delivery and printing would all have been a solid 5 stars, but disappointed with the look of the pens which looked far more single-coloured (or appeared to me as such) while purchasing. For that reason, I was reluctant to review, but you did ask, so there it is.”
