“The item is a great idea. Personalised bib. However getting the postcode wrong incurred a delay & was fortunate to receive. Could have been so different hence 3 stars”

“Is a nice wee locket but was so disappointed that you practically needed a magnifying glass to read inscription. It doesn't look like that when you order. Really disappointed”

“The bauble I bought for my grandsons 1st Christmas was lovely but it was very disappointing that the writing I requested on the back of it was done in pale blue lettering, meaning that it was very extremely hard to read.”

“Gift excellent; prompt delivery (ahead of schedule) - but disappointed at the gift wrapping. A bow was attached which just looked like a cluster of paper shreddings. In removing the bow, damaged the wrapping. So gift wrap at additional £4.95 was complete waste of money”

“The princess nightlight is very pretty but it wasn't straight when you put it on a flat surface. The bottom was pushed up into the candle very slightly. Delivery was very quick, and the updates on email were very good.”

“I was not entirely happy with the customer after response to a purchase which came back unfinished. The fault was disputed but I was left with a gift I could use. I was only offered the delivery charge if I purchase another gift - no discount given or offered for my disappointment and stress.”
