“Smaller than expected but delivery was speedy an packaged well”

“Item sent different from photo to actual compass which made me choose that style. Didn't have the 3 engraved rings around the side just plain brass compass. Overall it looked good but have to note in future if they are slight differences to items personalised and sent out”

“Bought the rosary bead trinket boxes for gifts for a baptism. Delivery was very quick. Heart shaped ones were lovely, cushioned inside. The rectangular one is a basic box inside with a card/velvet necklace holder. It also has a small scratch on the top so wasnt 100% in regards to quality. On the whole I would recommend these items.”

“If it was the Mary Joseph and Jesus set then I was disappointed. They were smaller than anticipated ( my mistake for not looking closer at dimensions) and the postage charge was unacceptable, very over inflated for the weight and size.”

“Payed an extra £5 for gift wrap which came squashed and ripped so wouldn’t bother paying extra for that. The item itself was well made and exactly how the photo showed though so overall had 50/50 experience. Will definitely order again :)”

“It is very nice but could be a little bit bigger for the older person to see the tree outline. I bought one in stainless steel just in case yours did not get here on time for half the price but double the size. Not sure my mum was impressed :)”

“Quite pleased with these. Although postage took longer than estimated, cutlery isn’t dishwasher safe and the knife isn’t sharp enough to cut. They look good though!”

“The puzzle coaster was very nice , but I was disappointed with that customer service. I had made a small typo in the personalised message on the product, which I noticed when I received the payment confirmation. I emailed the seller straight away, but their response came back the following day saying it was too late to make any changes! No suggestions and solutions were offered. They still haven’t got back to me about my response to that email either!”

“I was looking for a token gift for a friends six month old twin girls and this seemed ideal as there were just enough letters for their names. It states in the description that the flame flickers but it doesn't. It's ok but with delivery it's turned out to be very costly. A bit disappointing really and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.”

“Ordered a vase for a friend cost £35 but box was badly damaged .. asked for replacement box but told that it’s a manufacturer box so they can’t help ! Bit disappointing ..”
