“Avoid this company at all costs, ordered on the 24th December a birthday present for a friend, paid to have faster delivery , heard nothing form the company by the 4th January so started to email, poor customer service responses. Still not able to tell me when my items would be processed by the 10th January I cancelled the order, only partial refund was sent I requested the remainder which was sent but then the original main refund failed and on the 16th of January I’m still waiting …..”

“It seems strange you would ask me to write a review as I never received the item I paid for at the beginning of December. It was a Christmas gift for my Dad. I have been intouch , NOTHING. Will not be shopping with you again”

“Very disappointing customer service. The image of the item as advertised was misleading, the item is of no use to me and they made no effort to understand my point or to compensate me. The customer service agent sent me two contradictory emails within five minutes. Won’t be using again, so no be recommending.”

“Received my personalised bauble pretty quick however very disappointed as certain letters were hardly visible and really not acceptable for a gift. After sending pictures at the sellers request I was refunded in full.”

“Paying for next day delivery £7-95 didn’t come in 4 days u agreed to send another one promising it would be there for the birthday it arrived a day to late so embarrassed to arrive at a party with no gift When item arrived gave it as gift to be embarrassed again with wrong personalisation and for all the embarrassment and hassle u gave me a £2-00 refund on delivery Terrible customer service couldn’t care less Would never use again or recommend”

“Ordered a christening present for a friends new baby, gave over a week just in case of delivery, called on the day i needed it and still nothing, embarrassed me by turning up with no present, 2 weeks later and still no bracelet! Emailed and was given some story of my address was the problem, ive lived at my address for years and had no address issues. 3 weeks later and still no bracelet and then i get a email saying i have to pay more to get it redelivered! Then i received a card saying come collect your parcel at the local post office. 3 & a half weeks later! Absolute Poor service Kas kassem”

“Really disappointed! I bought 2 personalised love island style water bottles. The quality of the bottles is rubbish, cheap plastic that can be squeezed and the writing is too small. I also realised I wanted to order a second one within 20 minutes of ordering the first one so I emailed this company to try and avoid 2 delivery charges but I had to pay anyway! Obviously they came together. Won’t be ordering again from this company.”

“Clock arrived without instructions also the clock was not working presumed the battery was flat. I Emailed Love My Gifts to ask how to change the battery and did not get a reply. Would not use this Company again.”
