“Received and print was upside down asked for refund was told no I could correct myself, it was a gift but a cheap and tacky looking gift. Won’t buy from again.”

“Very disappointed with the engraving on this item, you just cannot see the wording. which defeats the object of having a personalised Christmas bauble I was too embarrassed to give this gift to my friends because it was so pointless. LOVE MY GIFTS will not accept a return. So I advise purchase with care”

“If I could but 0 stars I would. I ordered this item as a gift for someone’s birthday on 26th December, however it has been nearly 4 weeks and it still hasn’t been delivered. Had one email saying “ despatched “ but no contact since.”

“I have emailed the company but no response, I brought 5 glass ingraved Christmas balls and 3 haven't lasted the Christmas season, I have brought the same from another company and they have survived 6 yrs. Not impressed. Wendy Murtagh”
