“Quite hard to write a review when you haven’t received the gift. I know it’s not always the sellers the fault but I have other gifts dispatched using the same delivery method which arrived in time. I paid for premium delivery as well, I do understand that delays happen but I was told it would arrive on the 23rd and it is now the 29th and I still haven’t received anything. So I find it harder it to rate this more than 2 stars. Do not over promise and under deliver.”

“Ordered 2 matching, personalised mugs. The packaging was damaged and when I opened it, one of the handles was broken off and the handle itself wasn’t even in the packaging. Disappointed as it was a gift for a couple but only one got theirs.”

“Arrived without any mechanism. Customer service is very hard to contact. No phone number No link to customer service No obvious email It alludes to contacting support at love my gifts but no one returned the email. Only when I wrote a bad review did someone miraculously call me within minutes. Only then to send a cheap bit of plastic mechanism with no instructions as to how to fit. And a number of subsequent emails asking me to re-edit my review. Very disappointed. The lady I spoke to however was very polite and professional.”

“It took 1 wk before the item was dispatched. I ordered on the 5th Dec and you emailed me that the item was shipped on the 12th. Then it took another few days in the post obviously so it got me on the 15th. You gave me tracking number but didn’t say what courier, very useful. It nearly missed the occasion am using it for.”
