“Sadly you did not send me the items I had requested and as per the website. I asked for personalised latte glasses but just got plain glasses and there is no contact details other than an address so unlikely to get these changed in time for Christmas”

“Ordered the Personalised Sterling Silver Child's Expanding Star Bracelet and would NOT recommend. The bangle arrived and looks nothing like the photograph. I was told by Love My Gifts that they accepted that my order did not look like the photograph on their website “we do understand that these looks slightly different”. Having sent the company an email I was told “With regards to the personalisation this should have been wiped before being sent. However if the customer buffs over this with a dry cloth this will then be silver / grey rather than the browny colour”, this is not something you should have to do when ordering a new piece of jewellery. Needless to say I did not get a refund. Would not recommend or order from this company again.”

“The pictures of the product make the item appear like a glass cylinder that lights up either by plug or battery operated with vinyl sticker to add the fairy and personalisation....the item arrived and its a small, very small fake plastic candle that you could buy for £2 out of home bargains/ B&M with a visible vinyl sticker on it, because the sticker doesn't match the colour of the candle. Disappointed is an understatement. I could've done this myself, but better... No option for return due to personalisation. This coste £12.00. Wasted money.”
