“I would love to write a review on my purchase But I don’t actually have it. I already emailed in saying that my tracking number does not work. I was not sent a new one or updated one, I then emailed again twice and have no response since. This was meant for a Christmas gift and I can now not give it to the person.”

“Received a Christmas memory bauble very pleased with the bauble and inscription but disappointed at the way the top had been attached to it , it was glued and instead of fitting properly was crooked such a shame”

“I ordered 2 personalised mugs, but one of them looked faded as if the ink when printed wasn’t clear. The colour looked watery compared to the other mug. I was quite disappointed to be honest as they weren’t cheap.”

“Dissatisfied and disappointed in the font .. the trinket box is beautiful But the font was not good and the letter R’s looked like C’s , it was for a special gift for a friend and can’t possibly give it to her now .. it was supposed to read as Lorraine but looks like Loccaine..”
