“Bought the memorial vase, Disappointed with the colour, in the picture it looked white. And the first line of the writing looked a little smudged. Nevertheless I did keep it as I thought that it’s going to get weathered at the grave side anyway.”

“Gift was fine gift wrapping was fine but my message on the gift card was missing not much point in asking what message you want on the card if you don't put it on after all it was an extra cost for gift wrapping etc”

“Fab little gift and it arrived early which was great. The gift itself was lovely but the box and polystyrene packaging inside was a little disappointing. It would have been nicer in a more expensive looking box.”

“The mugs I ordered were beautiful and well personalized,but the only downside was the polystyrene mug packs that they were in needed an outer box to better protect from weather and transit, also the mugs rattled loosely in the mug packs.”

“I loved my personalised plant pot, i was very disappointed as it is only the size of a coffee cup and i am finding it difficult to find a plant pot to fit inside. I cant put a plant straight in as there is a big water release hole at the bottom. All the soil will fall through”
