“The necklace I bought was lovely & great value for money. I ordered this as a gift for a friend & had it sent direct to her as we don’t live close. Unfortunately there was no gift card or message with it, even though I had included this in my order. So she didn’t know who it was from & what the gift was in aid of. This was disappointing”

“I ordered two bracelets and 1 was perfect although the other that was bought as a present (I love you) bracelet you could see the elastic knot very close to the charm , but my daughter didn’t want me to send it back so she just kept it.”
