“Bought a bracelet as an eighteenth present. It has arrived and is faulty. I had an email stating somebody would be in contact within 24 hours and that was one week ago. I have since emailed again to which no response. Sorely disappointed in this customer service. And now stuck in a position where I do not have a present as I'm not willing to give a faulty bracelet as a gift. Expecting somebody to respond at some point to refund the bracelet before I take this further.”

“Quite disappointing. Ordered on the 6th September. Paid extra for 1 to 3 days delivery. Order didn't arrive till two weeks after.”

“Really disappointed with the service I received. I paid for next day delivery but it was 3 days late and too late for when the gift was needed. I was ignored when I asked for a refund. I won’t be using the website again and will let other know about the dreadful service I received.”
