“Having hung 100’s of papers ranging in pricing from 99p -2k a roll I was rather disappointed.. Hanging instructions were very limited and obviously aimed at the diy sector. The joints swelled and shrank more than any other pasted the wall papers I’ve used before. Guidance on substrate requirements eg. Lining paper vs primers etc would be very helpful. Left too much to chance for such an unpredictable wet time.. the patterns and colour ways are fantastic. Unfortunately I used this on my own property but very fortunate not to have used on a clients…”

“Delivery was faster than expected and the quality of the paper was great. The online calculator worked well as I did have enough paper for my project without worry of running out even with the loss due to repeat. Would order from Lucie Annabel again.”

“The wallpaper supplied was hung by a very longstanding decorator. Who we have had for 20 years, he is meticulous. The result is terrible due to dark smudging along all the joins which Annabel blames on the decorator (no instructions for special treatment on the labelling) We now face the cost of redecorating, I am seeking professional advice.”
