“DO NOT ORDER FROM LUCKY VITAMIN FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT GET THEIR ORDER PLEASE DOWNRATE THEIR REVIEW Order # LV16949915 Ordered a product but the item was never received. Week 3 Checked the first time no response from the support team ticket Week 6 Checked another time through Instagram and told me to wait. AFTER 2 MONTHS Checked a third time then said it cannot be refunded because it was not insured. Terrible service and refund policy.”

“I Love doing business with you. You were always very dependable when I ordered from you on Amazon. SO that is why I wanted to order from you this time. The only reason I didn't give you a 5 star this time is because I ordered my items from you on the evening of April 10. You e-mailed me they were shipped and on the way April 11. I received them yesterday, April 20. I e-mailed you on April 18 about their delivery and was answered back very fast. Thank you for your fine service!”

“Overall a good experience, product arrived as described. Only issue was with the surprise email I received right after placing my order stating that I would be billed each month for an additional 5 month supply of product which makes absolutely no sense at all! I never authorized that during the online ordering process so I was not happy when I received that email. I took care of cancelling it myself after figuring out how to and also sent them an email which they did respond to promptly. All is good now.”

“I've always been a fan of Mrs. Meyers dish and hand soaps, but when I found the Peppermint scent at Christmas time, I didn't want to purchase any other scents. I now use the Peppermint scent all year.”
