“My order is supposed to be kept refrigerated, it was shipped with one small ice pack and took 5 days to arrive, the order was hot. I sent an e-mail to the company the day it arrived and have not yet had a response.”

“PROS: * Alveta Hibiscus Tea is hard to find & Lucky Vitamin is the first (I know of) to get it back in stock. * They e mailed me it was back in stock so I could order it ASAP * They included a complimentary box of Celestial Seasonings Green Tea with mint. It's nice. CONS: * Lucky Vitamin will not ship to a PO Box (this is a bit of a problem for me because of issues with certain household members tampering with packages that arrive directly to my residence.) * Flavor of the Hibiscus tea wasn't up to par - not necessarily Lucky Vitamin's fault, but still a little disappointed. Overall, still pleased they have the Alveta brand Hibiscus tea available again & appreciative there's a "notify me when available" pop-up option so you know it's back in stock.”

“All went according to my expectations. The order was split and the last (the fourth) item was shipped. Although there was a slight mixup in the apartment complex mail, I received the item yesterday. So, all went well Lucky Vitamins!”

“Had placed an order for the first time for (2) Sunwarrior - Plant based Collagen-500 Grams. It was a popular order since LuckyVitamin was out of stock on backorder. I received the order in about 3 weeks (do to backorder) but the order was short one container. I contacted the company thru the website live chat, it took awhile (perhaps being a Sunday) and gave my order # and item# that was missing, and the representative, 'Unique' was very kind and apologetic and promptly resolved the order problem to send the missing item. Love the products and promo deal that was offered at the time. Since mistakes happen and they promptly made it right, easily through Live Chat, I will order again in the future.
