“We placed our order Jan 2nd 9:30 am pst before your cut off time and you didn't ship the same day nor the next day. We recieved our order on Jan 13th and it showed all items in stock that we ordered. We usually order from Vitacost which has much faster free shipping with customer service reps you can call and speak to. Your customer service and response time is terrible...”

“The product arrived within a week. It helps my cat remain calm and not get a bad 'attitude'. She had been leaving fecal deposits when she was 'displeased' with us. For real! Now the kitty can remain in the home with us and live a good life!”

“I have always found customer service to be extremely helpful with the times that I needed to rectify various issues these past few years. They were always wonderful and resolved the problem within the 1 phone call. This was by phone, I have not needed to contact Lucky since they went to "chat" and email. If needed, I hope it will be the same as I have experienced in the past. Damaged orders were resent without much ado and a few times I placed my order without my discount coupon and they always credited my account for the difference. I have used them for a few years now since they have many of the organic products I use at a reasonable price and I can do "1 stop shopping". Shipping is a bit on the longer side, so I order at least 2 weeks before I need the products. When there is a delay, I am always notified by email. The orders were received on or before the date given so no issues there. It would be great if Lucky had quicker delivery times. Be aware that when using Autoship, you will be charged shipping if the order is less than $25 and you cannot use any coupons. I make sure to have those shipments with enough items to get the free shipping. It would be great if my "Lucky Dollars" could be applied to the Autoshipments. All in all, I have been very happy.”

“I have been unhappy with any products from Lucky Vitamin, but customer service could be better. I had a discount code, and forgot to enter at the right time. I called and was told that nothing could be done except to give me a 10% discount on a future order. The next time I needed to order, that discount had expired 5 days earlier. Some of this is my fault, but for the sake of keeping a customer wouldn't you think?”

“Rubbish company. I got charged for customs and product never got delivered and when I contacted the company they did nothing about it but told me to contact my bank. They are just stealing your money and not delivering the product don’t order from this company they are rubbish”
