“I agree with other reviewers that lucky vitamin is a great company, but their delivery times are not only long but uncertain. They give me a range of delivery of a week, and I didn’t receive it during that period. You have to do something to improve your delivery times or you will probably lose a lot of customers.”

“It’s probably not lucky vitamins fault but my order was placed and shipped according to Lucky on dec 5 and didn’t arrive until dec 13. This might be understandable if it shipped usps but they used Fedex! 9 days for fed ex? And the tracking number provided showed a floating arrival date that was constantly being pushed later and later. I order a lot online and many of my sources use regular USPS ground shipping. I get those orders 5 days after they were shipped. If I were lucky vitamin I’d rethink fed ex.”

“I used to be a huge fan and customer of lucky vitamin. Lucky had the best prices around. Nowadays they don’t. Sometimes they do-but not on a regular basis with most things. I can find good, and often better, prices elsewhere. All things being equal, though, the biggest issue with me is how long it takes for a shipment to arrive. The way things are these days, other shipments show up on my doorstep usually in 1 to 5 days. It takes a couple weeks to get a Lucky vitamin shipment. Therefore I am reluctant to order from Lucky vitamin because of the slow delivery times.”
