“They have a wide variety of products, including brands you wouldnt find in your typically store. I have had a couple problems with finding out stuff was on back order after I already purchased it. Usually its just acouple days but one time I had to wait WEEKS. However they did offer a refund. I still reccomend this site and use it often.”

“Love Lucky Vitamin! I have been purchasing a variety of products from Lucky for years and have always found researching the products available, placing the order, being updated as my order is processed, shipped for free, packed well, arrives safely and exactly what I ordered exceptional! Not one issue from start to finish. Only Once, I had a problem, called customer service and it was rectified. Not only was the issue fixed in minutes I received a personal note in the mail from the customer service rep! Thanking me. Thank YOU Lucky vitamin for providing easy access to the best products not readily available in any store and doing it so well.”

“The service was very fast...even on my back order items. I will be ordering again really soon. “Great selection, prices and timely shipping that was well packaged. No missing or items that were damaged. Great job. I would love to see more combo (1 bottle for 5 areas of concern) for Epstein Barr Virus and for Hashimotos Thyroiditis included in your choices. 5 of the tried and true nutrients/supplements that work for each of these areas packaged in one jar or 1 pill 1-2 times a day. That would be fantastic.”

“I've been a loyal LV customer for many years. On 9/2/2018 I again place a somewhat large and expensive order: Order Number: LV16475895 which weeks later has still not been completely filled due to product backorder. When I placed this order I forgot to include 2 bottles of Solaray Slippery Elm 400 mg. - 100, Item #: 67698. I phoned LV and spoke with Malika in PA.. I asked her to please include 2 bottle of items # 67698 in my order. She told me should could not but that I could place a new order. I asked her to please waive the shipping, again she told me she could not. I explained I have been a loyal and regular customer for years. She again told me she would not waive shipping cost for the 2 bottles of item # 67698. I told her I would be better off to buy locally rather than ordering through LV. Malika agreed. Our conversation then ended.”
