“In addition to having a great supply of quality supplements at good prices, customer service is right up there. I submitted a chat and made a phone call promptly after placing my order, because I had hit the submit order button before putting in my promo code. I never saw a prompt to add it. I never got a response to the call and it took several days to get a response to the chat (via email); however, soon after submitting the issue, I received a call. I assumed it was to deal with my issue, but it was a specialist asking if I could use assistance in selecting supplements in the future. I took the opportunity to let him know of my issue and he immediately resolved the issue and I got my refund. Thank you!”

“Have had problems with LuckyVitamin in the past to the point I joked with my family that it's UNLuckyVitamin, but have tried again when items not in stock with my usual go-to (Vitacost) or Lucky has items I can't find elsewhere or if price is better. Overall, I would now say that the selection of items is very good, prices are usually competitive, less problems than in the past, smooth online transactions, and receiving the package is a little slower than I'd like. I tend to still shop at Vitacost (for now?!).”
