“I was grateful to be able to find the products I was looking for and at a good, fair price. Considering the times we are living in right now, I completely understood the longer period of time it took to deliver the items. The company did contact me to let me know that the items would take a little longer in getting to me because of the large volume of orders. They again contacted me to let me know when the items were being shipped. Two of the three bottles of liquid soap that I ordered had broken caps with a little bit of leakage. Perhaps the company would consider wrapping these more delicate items in bubble wrap or some other material to help cushion the items during the shipping process. Thank you for an overall positive experience.”

“There nearly always seems to be a problem with Lucky Vitamin. *their cart is down, so you miss the sale prices *they send your order to an old address *a discount takes you below the $49 free delivery threshold without knowing it would; they don't give you leniency Their prices are very good, don't get me wrong. But their orders always take over a week and often 10 days to arrive. I'm always on the verge of giving up on them. But, what can I say? Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment. Just know what you might be in for.”

“This company is not reliable This company is not reliable! 1. I never got my products. 2. they spent over a month to answering my email asking about it. 3. They refused to give me a refund. “While I can't speak to customer service, since I did not contact them with any issues, I was pleased at a number of things. The prices were very reasonable. The products I ordered were not in stock locally. The order was exactly as expected and packed well. Delivery was quick, even before promised. I recommend and will continue to order in the future.”
