“I received my red rice yeast In a Timely manner and they were delivered with no problem at all. I got periodic updates that were very helpful. I didn’t know Lucky Vitamin was a family Business. I hope you can maintain business during these hard times. Stay healthy and happy. This should be over soon.”

“Despite a rather long delay in shipping during the covid-19 lockdown, the product (chocolate) arrived in good condition and well packaged. You were very good about communicating the status of the order so there were no surprises, and the price on this product was great. Only reason 4 rather than 5 stars was the 2 weeks it took to get the product, but understandable under the circumstances.”

“It took 3 weeks to receive my order. My account was debited and the order was not shipped. It wasn’t until I requested a refund that someone decided to actually place my order for shipping. I don’t think I will use your company again”

“It was the first time I bought from your company. I purchased hair color dye and shampoo. It was natural, no smell and conditioning. It was affordable, a lot of products , and with all the craziness going on, it came rather quickly. Love the emails and look forward to ordering more items in the future. “The price for the vitamins was awesome, it did take some time to receive our order, however that is understandable with the current pandemic, but the communication was great. There were some major issues once we received our vitamins, the top was leaking out of both bottles and there was bubbles coming out of one of the bottles.”

“Love the prices and selection. The only drawbacks for me are the minimum purchase level required for free shipping and the fact that I'm in CA and it always takes at least a week to get the package. (even pre-Covid)”
