“Love Lucy Bee Creamed Coconut, add it to any stir fry or curry to make it amazing. Great website, easy to find what I'm looking for, love any products I've tried. The soap is great and coconut oil is fabulous.”

“The expensive body exfoliator isn’t a nice consistency leaves skin greasy wouldn’t recommend. I emailed Lucy Bee as the body scrub made my skin itch but they weren’t interested..offered 10% off next purchase.”

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Body Exfoliator - we're sorry to hear that it wasn't to your liking. The range has been dermatologically approved for sensitive skin but of course, everyone is different. As we mentioned in our correspondence to you and as stated on our website, the skincare range is not refundable or returnable which is why as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you 10% off our shop. “I was really keen to try the Epsom salts and lip scrub because my lips have really struggled with this weather and I go to the gym all though the week so wanted something for recovery. Love the lip balm and scrub perfect combination when you need to give your lips a new lease of life. Haven’t tried to salts yet. Can’t wait to try your cleansing milk. I went for lucybee because of your values, I know what’s in the product and where it comes from which is so so important.”

I'm really pleased to hear you love our lip balm and scrub and I'm almost certain the Epsom bath salts won't disappoint when you get round to using them as they're my personal favourite of the 3. We hope to have our skincare range back in full stock by end of March/early April - the launch exceeded our expectations but when it is back in stock we will have stock for the long run. “Im sad that we cant order the coconut milk in smaller than 20 cases its a bit much for a small business ive been in the health trade for over 30 years and have seen alot of changes ive recently seen some brands go into supermarkets like aldi a few customers said what do supermarkets know about the health trade the beauty of the independents is the advice and wanting the best for their customers also we were added to your instagram and then unfollowed ts good to follow shops that keep your products hope this helps”

Please be assured that Lucy Bee is very supportive of independent health food shops and value what they have to offer and this is why we offer a trade discount along with free items for you to trial with your initial order, followed up with social media bespoke posts. If I could explain the reason behind a minimum order of 20 cases of our Coconut Milk....the courier company does not allow us to ship liquids unfortunately because if any are damaged in transit (as they can be, despite our best efforts to securely pack these), other items and orders can be damaged. For this reason and because we value our trade partnerships and want to be able to support and supply you, we have had to look at alternative ways of shipping our Coconut Milk. The only solution to avoid leaking cartons is for this to be sent on a pallet. Obviously, we also have to make this a viable option for us as a company and we have to take into account the cost of at least £57 which we pay, to deliver this to you. This is why we have a minimum order of 20 cases. I hope this helps and explains our reasoning. Petrina

“Bought the body and face scrub and I have to say I'm very impressed. Smell wonderful and make my Acne prone skin feel soft and smooth. The glass packing is brilliant as I am trying to reduce my plastic usage. Will definitely be buying more from the range when they are back in stock.”
