Soap bar lasted 1 week! £6.00 per week! Wouldn’t recommend it at all, so disappointed.

I have always had a very good skin condition on my face. I have been using all the skincare range for ethical reasons since the first ones came out. I have continued regularly since then but can say my skin has been the worst it has ever been. My face is so red and has been sore. I have tried using the exfoliator products less. Such a shame as I wanted them to be a range to use but I cannot do so anymore and for someone who has had a brilliant skin condition I am now having to see a dermatologist from using these products. I appreciate Lucy bee brand will say they have been tested and it just one of those things with my skin but this issue needs to be looked at. As I have never had any issues with other products. I wonder if the turmeric is an issue as I have read up that it can be an issue on the skin. This skincare range needs to be constantly reviewed.

I bought a box full of these products for my daughter for Christmas based on the fact they are advertised as Organic and Natural. Little did I know the majority of products contain potassium sorbate which my daughter has a severe allergy to. Lesson for me to not trust the brand and look very closely at the ingredients in future. These products are not as natural as Lucy Bee claims. Very disappointed

Hi Linda, I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with the Face Cream and Exfoliating Soap that you purchased from us. Please know that as a brand we are open, honest and completely transparent in all that we do, and on each product page we list the ingredients for that specific product, so that customers have all of this detail available before making their choice. Both of these products are certified COSMOS Organic which has strict requirements to be able to use this certification. We are quick to reply either online, via social media or by email and phone for any questions customers may have if you’re ever in doubt or have any questions about a product. Our face cream uses 98% natural ingredients as well as being COSMOS Organic, Cruelty Free International, Palm Oil Free, and certified Vegan. I’m sorry to hear that your daughter has an allergy to potassium sorbate, and we always encourage those with allergies or a sensitivity to certain ingredients to speak to or ask us, or check the ingredients list before purchasing. In regard to the products that use potassium sorbate, it is in our Cleansing Cream, Face Cream, Tan Drop, and Tan Mousse it is not an ingredient in the Dazzling Tonic, Soaps, or our natural deodorant. Hi Rachel, I’m really sorry to see that you haven’t received your order yet, and please know that we’re always available for any queries, especially if you haven’t received your expected order. We sent this out on Monday 30th November, the day after you’d ordered, via UPS and looking at the tracking UPS were unable to deliver to your address on 1st Dec. and so this was delivered to an access point for you to collect. In addition to the tracking information, UPS should also have left a card letting you know this and I apologise on their behalf if this wasn’t the case. I can see that the parcel is still at the UPS Access point and is at the point where it will be returned back to us, as soon as we were made aware that you hadn’t received your order my colleague Petrina sent you an email on Friday with where it is being held – if you can’t find this email please email us on hello@lucybee.com and we can send it to you again, or you can also find where it is being held if you check your tracking information, Daisy

Sadly I can’t continue to use this cream. It does bring me out in lots of pimples, and larger painful spots. Also, I find the smell unbearable, my daughter correctly noted that it smells of black bin liners! I’m so sad as it was expensive and I really wanted to use a natural product.

We are sorry you do not like the smell, we have not added any fragrance to the skincare collection. Unfortunately it dried my skin so bad I did not use again. It felt like my skin was gonna rip after I showered with those :/

I ordered the tester pack for the face creams and it never arrived despite my card being charged. I emailed you to try to get infomration about my delivery and you did not reply.

I was really excited about trying this but unfortunately it did not work with my skin and my face reacted to it. The tonic stung also. :-( sorry. Just a shame as I spent £75 thinking it would be a good decision. It’s works for some just not me sadly. Good luck !

Hi Rachel, We're so sorry to hear that this wasn't for you. The tonic contains ACB Fruit Mix which may give the skin a tingling sensation, for up to 30 minutes and this is normal as it exfoliates and also tightens the skin and closes the pores. You may find this the first couple of times of using it and generally the skin gets used to it. We have a great read on our blog, which explains AHAs in skincare and may be of interest.   We have had the range tested and it has been dermatologically approved for sensitive skin and we fully appreciate that everyone has different skin types and we're sorry that this isn't for you. Hello, Sorry that you feel that way, our new range has been developed and improved from the previous cleanser. The range has no added fragrances or essential oils which means it is suitable for those with allergies to them, as well as being dermatologically approved for sensitive skin. It is a hydrating cleanser which contains; - Aloe vera to soothe and moisturise - Grapeseed oil contains a high linoleic acid content which is moisturising and nourishing - Passion Flower oil, skin-protecting against daily environmental stress - Bisabolol, skin-protecting against daily environmental stress - Arnica Infused, effective in healing damaged, tired skin - Turmeric extract is used as an anti-ageing active due to its antioxidant activity by decreasing the depth of wrinkles. I really liked the look of this jumper when Lucy modelled it on her Insta Stories, but I was very disappointed with the quality of it. The fabric was very thin, nearly see through, and was made by a company called Fruit of the Loom who are not known for their quality. At least I am able to return it for a full refund although I do have to cover postage costs.

As you’ve mentioned, this is from Fruit of the Loom , which we all love and we only stock products that our entire team use and love. As mentioned when you emailed in, we are very happy to refund you for this as we want you to be happy with our products. We always pay for returns postage if a product is faulty or if we’ve made an error but where it’s a case of ‘a change of heart’, unfortunately we’re unable to cover the returns postage and we’re not unusual in this. Hi Victoria, I've emailed you advising the Post Office where your parcel is being held, after Parcel Force were unable to deliver this to you. A calling card should have been left by the courier and apologies on their behalf if this was not the case here. We only know if an order has not been delivered when the customer gets in touch with us so please do always contact us if you're expecting a delivery and it hasn't arrived, so that we can look into it for you and see what's gone on. Like you, we want your order to get to you efficiently and we're always happy to investigate when things don't quite go as planned. This is also why we use a tracked service for our deliveries so that, in case a calling card is not left (the driver may unfortuntately have run out of cards on that journey), you can still track the progress of your order online with Parcel Force. HI, We're really sorry that you didn't receive the service that we always aim to deliver. Having checked your order, it seems that Parcel Force twice attempted to deliver your order, and then it was held at your local post office for 10 days for collection, before being returned to us, three weeks after it was sent out. We use this tracked service so that you are kept informed throughout the delivery and I apologise on behalf of Parcel Force if you did not receive these text updates. Similarly, apologies that you did not receive an update from us when your order was returned - this is something which we usually do and I am sorry that this was not the case here.
