“Quick delivery once again. Easy to apply and sinks in well. Not yet noticed any difference. Only Using a week. Although says no scent, it does have a smell although not unpleasant as some reviews mention.”

We have not added any fragrance to the skincare however, you will still get a hint of the natural aroma from the ingredients used because we haven't deodorised it. “Excellent product but felt £15 postage was very expensive would have put me off purchasing had it not been a Christmas present request. It did however arrive very quickly. Would re purchase if postage comes down.”

Hi Yasmin, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear your order arrived quickly, but sorry to hear of your frustration with the postage cost. We use UPS tracked service for all orders and for delivery to some postcodes, UPS add an extended area surcharge. Lucy Bee contribute £8 towards shipping if the order is over £25. We fully appreciate that this surcharge makes delivery expensive and have asked UPS to review their charge. Please know that we do not add anything extra to the delivery fee, including the cost of packaging materials. We always use a tracked delivery service so that we and you can trace your order. We’re a small, family business and value our customers and we understand your frustration. We always aim to be as accommodating as we can and I’m really sorry that at the moment, this is the only option we have to ship to you. “Love these products. Would be good to have a bigger bottle of toner. However find that the face cream tube gets holes in it after a while, which can be sharp due to material.”

Thank you for your review, we are so happy that you are enjoying the skincare. Thank you for your feedback re: size of the tonic. We take all feedback on board, and different sizes is something we will look into. Our cleansing cream comes in an aluminium tube - we've used this because of its environmentally-friendly properties, ie. it can be easily recycled time and time again. Something to note with aluminium is that although it's very flexible, it can soften and break if creased and so we recommend squeezing from the end to get the product out, keeping the tube flat and smooth. “Love your products - just disappointed my 2 boxes of coconut water were packaged in plastic bags? :(”

We’re not fans of plastic and always avoid it where we can but the courier insists that we wrap this product in a bag for shipping, in case the product is accidently damaged during transit. This could affect not only other items in your order but also other parcels with the courier. We hope to find alternatives with the courier in the future. Thank you for your understanding, Rian

“I ordered the face tanning drops and have used ever other day either with serum or moisturiser. I have used as a night time and morning application and both work great. Gives a lovely colour no streaking and so easily applied. Would definatley recommend this self tan but for me it does have to be topped up every 2 days. Its great value for money as I have spent double the amount this costs and this brand is just as good. 👍”

“Excellent, though I would have preferred Royal Mail as a courier. Private couriers have a reputation for exploiting their workforce. The creamed coconut is superb, and I like how Lucy Bee tries to avoid using plastic packaging.”

“The dazzling tonic has been amazing. I have always suffered from flaky dry skin and this helps it keep smooth. I love it! I also love the cleanser but unfortunately it irritated my eyes so i just avoid the eye area. The moisturiser is lovely but not rich enough for me. My skin felt v matt and tight so i went back to my old one.”

“I have extremely sensitive skin particularly dry skin but so far my skin hasn’t gone dry from using LB products. I love how natural the products are and genuinely feel the cleanser add important nutrients to my skin and removes all the days grime. Love the brand too!”
