Lovely smell but the deodorant is so not easy to apply or spread. It’s also really small for the price incl p&p - Wouldn’t buy again unless product improves.

Hi, we really appreciate getting feedback from our customers, so thank you for getting in touch with your comments. We are very sorry to hear that our natural deodorant is not for you. Depending on how much and how often the deodorant is used, the pot should last approx 5 weeks (if used once a day). To use- please remove a small amount of the deodorant from the pot (we use our bamboo spatula for this), then simply soften the deodorant between your fingers and rub gently into the armpit area. If you do not want to give the deodorant another try, I hope you enjoy other Lucy Bee products in the future. Many thanks, Rian

Unfortunately I have been using it for just over two weeks now and my skin is getting worse. I have a lot more spots, including big lumps under the skin. I am hoping to plough on for another few weeks to see if things change and if they dont, then drop the toner to see if that helps as it is stinging some parts of my skin when applying, so it may not suit me. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Sarah, thank you for your feedback and i'm sorry to hear this. Everyone's skin is individual, so when using new skincare products you may have a temporary reaction. Depending on skin type, it can take 4-12 weeks to see the benefits of a new skincare routine. Lucy has a blog discussing skin purging on lucybee.com, which you may find helpful. I would recommend using the tonic once a day in the evening, until your skin gets used to it. You could also dampen a cotton pad with water before applying the tonic. I hope this helps, please let us know at hello@lucybee.com. Thank you, Rian

I ordered the 3 products and have been using for about 6 weeks. I really wanted this to work but unfortunately it doesn't agree with my skin. I have ended up with quite nasty spots around my T-zone, much worse than what I would typically get. I think my face does not like coconut oil which is such a shame. That being said, delivery and packaging was great and really liked the sustainable packaging.

Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry to hear that the skincare range isn't for you. Our range has been dermatologically approved, however we understand that everybody's skin is individual and can react differently. Many thanks, Rian

I was lucky enough to get a sample of Lucy Bee face cream and I really like it. It left my skin feeling smooth and silky, and did not leave any oily residue like other face creams I've tried in the past. It did help work away my blackheads and my skin did feel nourished.

Hi Vicky, thank you so much for your review. It's brilliant to hear that you like the skincare range, we created the range to help rejuvenate, moisturise, and enhance the skin tone to improve radiance and give you a natural glow. We've had lots of people comment on how the range has helped with getting rid of blackheads. Daisy

They’ve raised price from £2.50 to £3.00 on coconut milk at this terrible time!

Hi Elena, The RRP of our Coconut Milk has always been £3 on our shop. Supermarkets set their own prices which is something we cannot have any control over. We would never put the price of our products up at a time like this. In fact, we’ve had our soap on discount for the past 2 weeks and we have just donated 30,000 soaps to various charities and organisations to help in this current situation, including homeless shelters, NHS, food banks, and to support those who are vulnerable. The coconut milk is very weak and watery so I shan't be buying it again

Hi Ali, really sorry to hear you are not happy with the coconut milk. Compared to other coconut milk drinks on the market we use 99.9% coconut (coconut water and coconut cream), instead of adding fillers like rice, using plain water, or having to add sugars or sweeteners to add flavour and texture to the milk. Which means that it is a lot thicker than most on the market and not as watery. It is different from tinned coconut milk, as these use a much higher percentage of coconut cream (which is great for cooking, but not so great as a drink). Really sorry again, Daisy

Having just purchased a selection of products for my wife for Christmas I was rather disappointed when the pacakge arrived plastered in Lucy Bee tape which has totally spoilt the surprise!! Whilst I accept this is part of your marketing a bit of common sense during the Christmas period wouldn’t go a miss. If I’d been aware of this I would of had it delivered elsewhere.

Hi, sorry to hear you are disappointed. Initially we did have unbranded tape, however this tape was not sturdy enough for our fragile parcels and we needed to find an alternative. We have taken your comments on board and hope you can understand. Jess

Received my 12 cartons of the coconut milk in good time however each one was shrink wrapped in swathes of plastic which is totally unnecessary. I'll purchase in store going forward as I'm not buying anything that is in plastic. Really disappointed considering what the brand represents

HI Mel, Like you, we're not fans of plastic either and avoid it where we possibly can. The difficulty we have when sending out liquids, such as our Coconut Milk, is that we need to do everything we can to avoid damage to other items in an order (and other customers' orders) in the event that the item leaks during transit - with the best will in the world, items do sometimes get damaged during delivery. That said, we have recently managed to find a large plastic bag to place the cases of Coconut Milk in, rather than having to individually wrap the cartons, thus reducing the amount of plastic used. Please be assured that we continue to look for an alternative solution to this and in the meantime, we hope you understand why we need to pack in this way. Petrina

Bought 6 glasses a 500 grams of coconut oil. Not packaged each in heavy paper tubes, as my experience shows is a very effective packaging, but each glass rolled into 2 layers of corrugated board, each layer affixed with a lot of tape that was very hard to remove. Then these glasses were packed in the box along with H-U-G-E amounts of paper. Really bad! Have not yet opened any of the glasses, but I have no reason to believe that these are not perfect as before. Gert C. Larsen

Hi Gert, Thank you for your feedback, which we always like to receive, though I'm disappointed to read that you're unhappy with the way your parcel was packaged. We aim to be as eco-friendly as possible with our packaging and when sending orders out, also have something of a balancing act to make sure products arrive in one-piece, especially when shipping outside the UK. We constantly review packaging and when your order went out, we were no longer using the cardboard tubes as we found the corrugated card was very effective. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch and I hope you're enjoying using your Lucy Bee products. Petrina

Products tasted awful! All products are overpriced and no different quality than what you would get in a supermarket. Delivery charges are horrendous!!

I'm very sorry to hear that you feel this way about our products. We believe that they are very competitively priced considering they are organic and of the best quality. They are also Fair Trade so we support every single hand involved in the production process. Regarding delivery, it is free if you spend over £25.00 and only £2.99 for orders over £15.00. If you do not want to spend money on the delivery cost then you can pick them in the majority of supermarkets. We hope this helps, have a lovely weekend.
